Negative experience: Had a 1030 appointment. Showed up at 10:15 was checked in. Waited 30 minutes. While waiting 4 people walked in and received haircuts. No one said a word to me about why I was waiting or if they were behind. Worst customer service I have been exposed to in a long time. Will not be back.

Fantastic experience: I got absolutely got chopped by my last barber. I had to get it right today because I have a commencement ceremony in two days. I am walking to celebrate my graduation. I wanted a dropped fade and the lady did a good job. She evened up the length and gave a medium drop skin fade. She blended the haircut well. Nice. It was 33.00 , plus they had a seasonal sale on palm aid for 10$.and a ten dollar bill for the lady plus tax. So it was a nice experience.

Fantastic experience: A while back I had a rough first impression of V's. I got burned once or twice. But after giving them a second chance due to needing a haircut to try to treat possible hair loss and an aggressive dermatitis flare up. I had reservations about going back, but Sam, Wesley, and the rest of the V's crew were very welcoming, helpful, informative, and above all else: skilled. I received fantastic service from Sam, and I'm happy to say that V's has redeemed themselves, and I recommend them highly. Five stars.

I set up an appointment via the website and when I arrived, there was no record. The ladies that greeted took great care of me and Wesley did not hesitate to immediately take me back for the cut. The stylist, Samantha, was incredibly talented and made my husband feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. This was his first haircut that was more than just a trim in four years! Her attention to detail was outstanding, and he left feeling completely satisfied with his new look. The atmosphere at V's Barbershop is warm and inviting, making it a pleasure to visit. We highly recommend V's Barbershop and Samantha to anyone in need of great hair styling services. We were really impressed with the atmosphere as well. We've tried other barbers before and the shops weren't nearly as clean as V's.

Fantastic experience: Got my hair cut yesterday and it honestly felt like stepping into an old-timely barber shop. The employees were upbeat, cracking jokes, and just fun to be around. Good vibes all around. The haircut and beard trim were amazing. I’m 56, and this was hands-down one of the best haircuts I’ve EVER had. I told Chelsea I needed to look sharp for starting a new job next week, and she absolutely delivered. We had a great conversation—she’s smart, easy to talk to, and clearly knows her craft. I’ll definitely be going back—and definitely booking Chelsea again. Bonus points: they offer a 20% military discount, which is a rare and much-appreciated touch these days.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit to V’s Barbershop and I’m glad I gave it a shot. Deidra handled my haircut and a deluxe beard trim, and absolutely nailed the look I was going for. You can tell right away that she takes real care in her work—every detail got her attention, and she didn’t rush anything. The Deluxe experience is worth it for the hot towels alone. Deidra was easy to visit with, made the whole thing comfortable, and got it right the first time. The shop itself has a cool, classic vibe—relaxed but professional. Check-in and payment were quick and painless, and parking was easy. Crowd seemed to be mostly regular guys who care about looking sharp but don’t want the fuss. Bottom line: I’ll be coming back to Deidra for beard trims from here on out. If you’re picky about your beard or just want an old-school, easy experience, this is the spot.

It was not a problem today! Maddie and Vicki did wonderful jobs!!! The twins LOVE their hair. My 9 year old son loves what Maddie did to his hair also. It seems his ego grew a good 4 grade levels!
