Fantastic experience: Adil was awesome and clearly a magician with the scissor. He is deaf but still communicates well and sincerely wants you to like the haircut. I definitely love this new look he gave me which I am glad, thats why the 5 stars. The only problem being it maybe frowned upon at work. if the owner is reading, I would like them to explain to Adil that if the customer shows a picture or they want their hair a certain way, he should prioritize getting the hair that way. They maybe asking for a reason.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best barber shop in Syracuse and one of the best cuts in my life, and I've had my hair cut all over NYC. Amazing taper, fades, the detailing is MashAllah! Get your hair cut here, it's a winner for sure.

Negative experience: If I could give this a zero, I would. The barber rushed through the haircut and didn’t take the time needed to do quality work. They clearly do not know how to do a proper taper. Don’t let the pictures fool you, it looks very different in real life and I’m extremely disappointed.

I drive over an hour from home every week to come here and get a haircut. I am so particular about my beard and Salam, the owner, delivers the best haircut every time. I have had all the barbers in this shop cut my hair. They all do an amazing job and the pricing is also very reasonable for the incredible quality of service. Don't bother wasting your time at any other barbershops. Make an appointment at Twin Scissors as soon as you can!!

What made the experience even more impressive was his communication approach. Although he was nonverbal and used sign language, we communicated easily through pictures and a whiteboard. Despite this, he understood my instructions clearly and produced outstanding results. Adil’s skill, professionalism, and ability to deliver precisely what I asked for make him an excellent barber.
