Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a haircut at Bruno's, and I can praise him both as a person and as a barber because he cut my hair the way I wanted, he really tried, and we even talked a little about history and the 30 minutes passed quickly... every compliment!

Negative experience: Not one but happy with the way my hair was cut the barber was extremely rushed and it was like he was trying to close up and I was the last customer he rushed that much I was actually left with cuts from the electric hair razor even the top of my hair he took the initiative to take off more then I asked for him to take off he was gonna originally cut about a 1/4 of the length of my hair on top of my head then I asked for a bit more bringing it down to 1/2 or 2/4 of the original length of my hair but I wasn’t paying attention due to trusting a barber but no he took the initiative to cut 3/4 of my original hair leaving it extremely short too short for my liking before I had noticed he had finished the top of my head but the sides and back he applied to much pressure on the electric hair razor and was to rushed and heavy handed first time in the barbers and absolutely disgusted with them a 10 year old would of done a safer job on my hair

Also, having the possibility of online booking is a huge plus for me! Now the service... Olga was simply amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted even when I was not sure I was explaining it the right way... that is what makes a professional! 100% recommend the place and Olga !! :-)

Negative experience: Went here last Fri for a hair cut,all I asked for was a 3 sides and back, I was growing my hair for last 12 months on top and wanted to keep it long on top,when I came out I only had a tiny bit of hair left on top, and worse is the hair on front is 2inches longer that hair on back of my head, absolutely disgusted, will never go here again,
