Negative experience: Very poor experience. Walked in and was not greeted, then sat there for 20 minutes waiting for a cut. When the second barber finished up with his customer, I made eye contact and went to get up, and he said "Sorry, I'm on my break now" and walked away. I wouldn't mind anyone having a break, but at least greet me on entering, and let me know it would be a while before I'd be seen to.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and my barber gave me exactly the cut I wanted. Quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I do not recommend going to this barbershop, they have one barber who works there who cut my hair horribly, and even bangs could not make even, because his hands grew out of the wrong place

Fantastic experience: Never disappoints. Friendly barbers. Nice clean shop. That was 2 years ago. Must be the slowest barbers in the whole of Donegal. Shop full, customers leaving, 2 barbers working taking about an hour with each customer. I'll be going elsewhere from now on, sitting here 2½ hours now.

Positive experience: Excellent barbers, excellent facilities.always a great cut and follow direction very well. Listen to what the customer wants. Quite a big price hike recently by €3 per cut but apart from that can't complain.

Negative experience: I had a haircut here months ago, it was good but not the one today. Reason: A chunk of my hair sticks out, fringe is flat which I mention at least 4 times I DO NOT WANT it that way. I even showed old photos to provide examples and he refused to do it. Communication was difficult - I never experienced that with any other barber here. Barber was unprofessional he was chatting with his friends while cutting my hair. *When I was complaining about my hair, his muscular friend stood beside me and watched the haircut, I did not feel comfortable and was somehow intimidated. **When I was paying, I asked for student price, he charged me 14 EURO! I only realised it is 12 euro. Bad haircut, bad communication, unprofessional, and overcharged? I have had unsatisfied haircuts in the past, but this time, I HATE it!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Took my son to get his first ever haircut on Tuesday at lunch time. The barber we got was very pleasant, talented and knew exactly how to handle a curious and excited child like my son is. Me and my partner will definitely be returning again.
