Fantastic experience: First time in Cartel Men’s Hair in Edenderry and first time getting a cut from Justin. I used to get my hair cut in Dublin, but I have to say this was just as good, if not better. Justin did a great job — really took his time, understood exactly what I wanted, and the end result was spot on. The fade was clean and the overall finish was sharp. Really happy with the experience and I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend Justin if you’re in the area.

Fantastic experience: Always 5* treatment in Cartel and thanks to Dan L for always giving the best haircut. Worth every penny to travel to. The whole shop is spotless clean and so friendly and welcoming always from all the lads. Definitely the best barbers I’ve ever been too.

Fantastic experience: In with Dan well over a year now very professional since day 1 wouldn’t let anyone near my hair again and always able to accommodate if possible and listens to his clients on what way they want there hair cut or what style they want also the vibes are always on point, also got the hair highlighted by Ger a few weeks back will be going back to get hair dyed again when needed

Fantastic experience: I dropped into these guys without an appointment, as I was not aware of the appointment system operated, spoke with Dez who very kindly offered me a cancellation appointment for approx 1.5 hrs later, so I returned and Dez gave me a proper decent haircut with little instruction, super friendly vibe, lots of chats between the barbers and clients….overall a 10 outa 10 experience - thanks Dez

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dan who fixed a very bad hair cut my son Lee got last Sunday from a place recommended in Mullingar. He walked out smiling and a happy lad as he loves his hair. He has said he is only going back to Dan. I wouldn't mind Ger actually used to cut Lee's hair before he went travelling. Glad to see your back and opened up a fab place. I'm just sorry I just didn't hear about you sooner. Thanks guy's

Negative experience: Checked website to book an appointment after work and couldn’t access, so I decided to walk in at roughly 6 o clock the business advertises 9 o clock closing time. I was refused a haircut as the lads said they were finishing up, normally I wouldn’t leave a review but I have a funeral in the morning and need a haircut badly and their was 4 or 5 barbers in the shop at the time and it just seems extremely lazy and unprofessional to refuse a customer more than 2 hours before closing . I would never attempt to use this barbers again and would advise everyone to chose another barbers country man always has very good service.

Hi Luke, Thanks for taking some time to leave a 1 star review. Let me get back to you on the issues you had. We work by Appointments and we were fully booked last Thursday evening, Not all barbers work until 9 o clock. Only 1 of our barbers works later in the evening and the rest finish at 6. We are a established barbershop that look after all of our clients over the last 5 years in business and accommodate clients the best we can. Most days we cannot fit all of our loyal clients in, so the same goes for a new client. Sorry to hear you had a funeral to go to, but that's no excuse to leave a 1 star review because we never rolled out the red carpet for you. I forgive you for this terrible review and If you want a good haircut you can book through the booksy app in future

Fantastic experience: I bring my 2year old son here every couple of weeks to get his hair cut and I must say the staff are extremely friendly and really know how to make you feel welcome.
