Negative experience: cancels appointments for no reason, what's the point of making an appointment if it's canceled? I don't recommend

Hi Svant,
To start, in an extremely busy barbers, a booking system is necessary as it ensures our loyal customers can make an appointment in advance and know they will be looked after. However, I’ve just checked our booking system and can’t find a customer registered under the name “Svant Horhe” can you please share the name the booking was made under so I (the owner) can investigate further. Negative experience: Waited 40 mins with my kids after that time they said I needed appt, which would be another 40 mins wait, very poor customer service in my opinion

King Fade Turkish Barbers

Hi Shelly, the barbers explained that they mistakenly thought you were their next "kids cut" appointment and both had appointments due in while you were there and therfore would not have been able to cut your kids hair until after. Whilst we are accepting walk ins, we also have an online booking system which we implemented to allow us to operate during the current global pandemic. We have signs up and reference to the system on all our socials however after the experience you had yesterday we have decided to adapt the way we are doing things to ensure it doesnt happen again.
Our shops were closed for 11 months and we are doing our best to navigate our way in the new world of social diatancing, appointments, covid tracking.
We pride ourselves on our quality haircuts and customer service so we are disappointed that we werent able to deliver both to you on your visit. Thank you for your feedback. Take care. King Fade

Negative experience: New business, opening hours on a Saturday 10am, no one turned up until 10.20am, not a problem, but then goes for a smoke. 2 young lads had an appointment for 10am, as off 11am the person who they had the appointment with still hadn't turned up. Not good.
