Positive experience: It was okay overall, but I found the experience wasn’t particularly confidence-inspiring. I booked online and when I arrived, Bruno asked if someone else could do my cut as he had a meeting. As it was my first time there, I said that was fine and I didn’t really have an option, I did find it a bit odd that a meeting was booked at the same time as an appointment. The person who did my cut was friendly, but I felt they didn’t seem to have a huge amount of experience. The back and sides weren’t really blended into the top, and it wasn’t shaped or layered at all. I also found it a bit strange that they had to change the razor 3–4 times during the cut because it kept dying. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, but all of those things together just left me feeling off about it. Maybe it was just an off day, but it wasn’t enough to make me want to go back.

Negative experience: I had two separate, really bad experiences here. The first happened on the 13th of October. I booked an appointment for 2pm. Strolled up at 1.55 and the door was locked. I assumed they were still at lunch so waited until 2pm but still no show. Was there until 2.20pm before I just left. Later I got a snotty email about letting them know if I can't make the appointment...? I decided to give them another shot today, so I made an appointment for 4pm. I arrive at 3.50pm. Rodrigo tells me he'll be a bit late, which is fine. He reschedules my appointment on booksy for 4.10pm but I'm here waiting at 4.20pm without being seen. I get things run late, but I'm the only person in the waiting room, there are at least 2 barbers (possibly a third, maybe he was just chilling out in the barber chair?) in the place. Just super disappointed tbh.

The shop is always spotless, has a really welcoming vibe, and the service is consistently top-notch. Bruno and the barbers take their time, listen to what you want, and deliver every time. Fantastic experience: This is now my local and go-to barber in general. Really good service and attention to detail, making sure your cut is exactly like you want it. Barber actually works with you on the style you want, the length, etc. Awesome vibes as well music is 10/10. One of the few barbershops where my head isn't irritated or rashy (indicating good cleaning of their utensils). Highly recommended.
