Official Barber Shop

Negative experience: Jonno cancelled my 9 am haircut at midnight. I didn’t even see the message and turned up anyway. He didn’t offer to reschedule or find a replacement. This is a completely unacceptable standard of service. I’m flying off on holiday tomorrow and won’t have time to find another hairdresser. A very unreliable and unprofessional hairdressing salon.

Fantastic experience: Got a class haircut from Dan, really nice guy and was very knowledgable about products and how to style my hair. Would definitely go back if I’m in the area

Negative experience: Coffee shop and hair salon in the same place. The girls behind the coffee counter are lovely. Nice coffee and pastry. However, the hairdressers never acknowledged my boyfriend. We waited on the couch for about 15 minutes. When we left, I asked if it was appointment only. He said normally they take walk-ins, but today they were fully booked. I said my boyfriend waited 20 minutes and nobody came to tell him that. My voice was loud because I was far from him, and he told me to shut up. I don’t know about the haircuts, but in customer service, I think they really need training. Telling a customer to shut up? Learn how to be a man with a brain first. No neurons to address the situation properly.

Fantastic experience: I let my hair grow out way too long to the point there’s no shape no line to follow and every time Jetmir has me walking out looking clean the fringe when even messy is straight the line up is clean the fade is smooth it’s a barber who really loves his craft absolute legend customer service is great from everyone and the other 2 barbers that cut my hair are also 5 stars same review goes for everybody if I lived in Spain I’d fly back just to get my haircut here it’s the best

All the staff from the Top man at the desk to the smashing Kosovan gent cutting my hair, to the Queen eating chicken at the register were all super friendly and attentive.
