Negative experience: Had to be the worst haircut I ever got in my life totally destroyed my hair when I asked him to fix it he told me there was nothing he could do was absolutely devastated

Hi Patrick, thanks for the review. As per conversation you had with Ben. The last barber gave you a high skin fade and you wanted fixed for a mid to low fade. Since this looked have been cut less than 2 weeks previous and there was not enough bulk to give a low fade. This was explained during which should have been explained before, that you would need to let your hair grow for 4 to 6 weeks to get the bulk in the hair to have a low to mid fade. This was kept as low as possible due to the last haircut not done to long ago. Again this should have been explained prior and not during.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we didn't have the pleasure to try this barber shop, the staff and owner's bad attitude towards me was disappointing. Really what I'm saying is they were very unhelpful towards our situation.

Appreciate the review John and I wish you did have the opportunity to have your haircut with us. Like we said we run by appointments which are 25 minutes. Being late by 5 minutes we can handle and still give you the best haircut possible. Since you turned up 15 minutes late we would not have had time to cut your hair and would be unfair for the next appointment to wait, especially on a Saturday which is the busiest day of the week.

Fantastic experience: Stephen is an excellent barber. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great conversation - not your usual “so going anywhere nice for your holidays” kind of talk. In COVID times, obvious cleaning between customers and good hygiene procedures are followed. Best barber for kilometres.

Negative experience: Very arrogant person. Talks to kids very rudely and slates their haircuts if they have been anywhere else for a haircut. On top of that he can't cut a fringe to save his life. Would rather drive 12 miles to town.
