Negative experience: Overcharged for two awful haircuts, went in a few weeks ago and my hair still hasn't taken a decent shape, shaved me almost bald and left scraps of long hairs in random places, then got my son cut, asked for a scissors cut because how can they ruin that, cut four random places and left his hair mostly as it was when we went in. Only went because it was the only barbers open on a Sunday, wont make that mistake again

Fantastic experience: The Grafton Barber First impressions always last and a friendly local man Nigel mc Carthy welcomes every customer that walks threw the door as if he knew them all his life. I myself rarely venture to a barber shop but only for the occasional beard trim, Nigel is very professional about his job and I have no dought that the rest of the Grafton barber staff in ennis are the same. My son speaks highly of Nigel and will only trust him to cut his hair, as he says that Nigel listens to his and gives him the cut that he asks for, and that means alot to my son Scott. I often walk threw Dunnes and always see that friendly face of Nigel as he chats to his punters young and old as if he knew them all his life. This is customer service at its best and Professionalism at the highest quality Well done to all the Staff at Grafton Barber Ennis.

We were worried that our son wouldn't react well. Sabrina did a fantastic job of calming him down. The haircut is great, and the only tears came when he had to leave. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to get your kid's hair done.

Fantastic experience: Went to grafton barbers for the very first time as I was up visiting friends in Ennis, I have never ever had a hot towel shave before , Nigel who gave me and my friend a hot towel shave was very very friendly, helpful and supportive when it comes to inclusivity, he gave me shaving advice on what razor I actually needed as I struggled to find the right one and was having awful problems shaving at home having very irritated and sensitive skin!, Nigel was very reassuring and the experience was next level, I would HIGHLY recommend going for a hot towel shave with Nigel in Grafton barbers Ennis! Such an amazing experience and would 100% go back for another session with him! Thanks Nigel you’re a sound lad!

Negative experience: 30 Euro for a hair cut that i had to go to another barber to get fixed, price is crazy, would not mind that as much if they did what i paid 30 euro for , what i asked for was ignored and i was given the standard cut what every one else is getting,i instantly went to a much better barber to get it fixed, all round brutal place all the fancy frills in all but no talent for cutting hair at all, the real Grafton barbers would be ashamed to have the same name
