Negative experience: Walked into a dead shop and asked if he could do a walk in. The lad was sat on his phone and said sorry we are too busy. Told me to go online and book an appointment so I just went to Kingsway barbers instead and was seen straight away.

It doesn't make any sense to book hair cut @ Hershesons or with Larry King or cheapest version @ toni&guy where the Same Service costs 10 times as much or more !! Positive experience: I booked my 4 and half old son for hair cut on sat 31st oct.down to:fact the site said 20 percent off all through october thought that good as worth it.as did it sept with 20 percent off so makes it worth while as full price dear for a:child.anyway as i was at work so my husband took him when came:to pay he:was charged full price as was a:saturday.well didnt state that on website it said 20 percent off all through october.so nothing about not including saturdays im disgusted as used few times in past specially with the 20:percent i got off in sept. They should have honoured the 20 percent shame as local barbers to us:and good having booking system.has kind of pit me off using again if i had been one taking mt son i would have been saying something.dont state 20 percent of through oct then say in shop Saturdays not included full price.false advertisement
