Negative experience: I’ve been in need of a haircut and recently moved around here. I booked on 2 separate occasions and both get cancelled… What do you expect me to think when both appointments cancel? No reason for cancellation either. Won’t be trying here again.

Fantastic experience: I've only ever used Olly (apart from on one occasion) and he always does a fantastic job. Friendly, yet professional, he'll talk to you when you feel like it and let you sit and enjoy the peace if you don't feel up to chatting. I'd suggest booking beforehand via the app to avoid a long wait, but they do offer walk ins. Saturday morning are obviously busy!
