Negative experience: I went to this barbershop today for a haircut, having very short hair, but they cut a very small amount of hair with the same length all over my head, everything only took 5 minutes and the barber who cut me I think is not professional and still needs a lot of training because he didn't cut well in some places, the hair was longer and I paid £30, I will never go back to this barbershop again, I was very disappointed

Nour is my usual guy and he’s brilliant, i’ve never gone in wanting the same thing and he’s executed what i want perfectly, picking my favourite parts from lots of different photos (complicated customer much lol) The guys in here really know what they’re doing and there’s an awesome atmosphere and also a cafe which i hear the food is brilliant. I’d definitely recommend coming here for the best haircut you’ve ever had -Very Happy Customer

Negative experience: They are not what they pretend to be. The shop is taking your eyes with the nice looks, but they are not as professional as they seem to be. They have this rating because of bot reviews…

Negative experience: Beard trim and hair cut was terrible, cut my hair way to high on one side and didn’t blend it at all, wouldn’t have minded but but it wasn’t straight and there was a big difference at the back of my head. Told him I was growing my beard and just wanted a tidy so he cut loads off and undercut it so it’s completely see through at the front. Couldn’t have been worse if I’m honest. Had to go to another barbers to fix it. Also their reply was very arrogant like they some important millionaires but they are LEVEL 1 barbers. EDIT: As mentioned, went to a different place, because of the arrogant reply. You a good guy, don’t blame you. But because of the reply had to leave this feedback. All the best.

Positive experience: Unfortunately, after years of going to Dahhans, I have to say goodbye. Hadi is brilliant. He cuts hair really well and takes time to understand what you want. He is my trusted barber. But recently, with the price increases, the haircuts are no longer in my price range. I'm upset that Dahans is isolating themselves from students with these price increases. If I can no longer afford the barber I trust, I may as well go somewhere else rather than risk it on an expensive level 1 barber :(.

Fantastic experience: Liam is a real professional and gave me an excellent haircut. He was very attentive and detailed cutting my hair. Always friendly and immediately put me at ease, (it was my first visit to Dahhan’s). I hope to return! Thanks Liam and keep up the excellent work!

The guys here are so friendly and even have car for the kids to enjoy thejr haircut even more. The food at the cafe was amazing, and the service was excellent. Negative experience: كانت تجربة سيئة، طلبت منهم من دليفرو واخذ الطلب اكثر من ساعتين وما وصل وكل ما اتصل عليهم يقولون ربع ساعه ربع ساعه، وكل ربع ساعه انزل الشارع انتظر ولا جا شي، اخر شي اتصلت عليهم وطلبت منهم يكنسلون الطلب قالوا اوكي ولمن دخلت دليفرو اطلب ريفند يقول الدعم انو ما يقدرون يسوون لي اي شي ولا حتى ريفند لأن المطعم كاتب في البرنامج ان الطلب وصل وهو في الحقيقة ماوصل، ولأن المطعم يستخدم توصيله الخاص مو سواقين دليفرو هذا شي اضافي يخلي عندهم حصانه من الشكوى على البرنامج وقالوا ان لمن جيت تأكد الطلب انت اكدت ان المطعم يقدر يوصل الطلب وكأن الطلب صار اتصال بالمطعم مباشرة، من الآخر مطعم لا يمكن الوثوق فيه خصوصا طلبات التوصيل لان ممكن ياخذ فلوسكم ولا يوصل.

Fantastic experience: This place is really a hidden gem. The ambience is nice but honestly, the food is what really hits the spot. The shawarma rolls and the salad are excellent to taste. I love how the fries are put into little cones. The service is also very good. We were served by a lovely lady who works there and she did a commendable job handling our table of 9. It was a great experience. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: Dahhans Barbers & Café are incredible! I am a customer of both wings of the establishment - the barbershop and the café and neither one disappoints. With regards to the barbershop, I am very particular about how I like my hair and bear to be cut. The barbers are always attentive and are so skilled that I always have a relaxing experience with them. This is not to mention that the barbers are also excellent company great to chat with. The café is also brilliant. It provides easily the best Arabic food in Exeter, always using high quality ingredients and made with such excellent attention to detail. The chef is incredibly thoughtful about how he prepares his dishes and is always willing to go the extra mile to make it perfect. Many are surprised by the concept of having a café and barbershop on the same premises, but the Dahhan family makes it work and the result is a beautiful community and space where one always feels comfortable and looked after.

Fantastic experience: I tried the restaurant, not the barber, and its food is absolutely amazing. I tried their shawerma (chicken and lamb) and sujuk, and absolutely loved the seasoning of their meats, their salad and their fries. Their baklava is also excellent. I've been twice and can't wait for the next one.

Fantastic experience: UNREAL! I’ve been going to Sami and Hadi for my hair cut for the last 4-5 years and this new place is amazing… I’d recommend it to ANYONE! Get yourself booked in and arrive early because their cafe does unbelievably good grub and drinks.

Fantastic experience: I did a manicure at this salon. Beautiful work of the manicure master Tatyana. This is a professional in her field, for whom there are no trifles in her work. Starting from the disinfection of instruments. She handled my difficult cuticles with ease. I did nail extensions and marbled nail art. I want to show the result in the photo. He is beautiful! It is worth noting that she never injured me. And this is very important! There is a cafe here and while visiting the salon you can enjoy aromatic tea or coffee.

Fantastic experience: Great skilled barbers that are professional and great at their job. Place looks amazing inside and there's lots of things you can do while waiting for a cut. They are now serving coffee/food (which is delicious btw) and that makes the place even better. Would definitely recommend as probably the best place in town to get a haircut.

The place inside is like a hidden paradise Having one half of the business being a barbers, we didn't expect the food to be SUCH high quality. It is among the best I've had in the country. I've had the Beef Burger and Grilled Chicken Breast & Vermicelli Rice on different occassions. Excellent and consistently good every time. The place is clean and beautiful, the service is lovely, and the food is presented so professionally and tastes so good. I'll have to take pictures next time I go and update this review!

Fantastic experience: Best trims in Exeter, would recommend. All the guys are really friendly and welcoming. Noir does an excellent job, he takes his time and pays a lot of attention to the details. Sound dude as well. I've since also had my hair cut by Sami, Hadi, and Bogdan. All experiences were top notch, they have standards at Dahhans so you don't have to worry who's cutting your hair. Milkshakes at the cafe are also really good! Got my cut done by Hadi in the photo with the hoodie, Noir in the other one.
