Negative experience: Id understand their prices if they had many years experience, however the chap who cut my hair was about 25 and poor scissor work. I felt robbed, but paid £39 only to get home and realise the neck line wasnt even done properly. Gone are the times where your experience demands your pay… apparently if you look cool and trendy you can do what you want!

Fantastic experience: Best barbershop I’ve ever been to, been going here exclusively for well over a year now and I’ve always left feeling extremely happy with my hair. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming and they are all top-notch barbers who always listen and give you the exact haircut you ask for. Particular thanks to Alex who is my usual barber, always does a perfect job.

Fantastic experience: Standard cut is £22, not cheap, but they are skilled, shop is nice and clean, offer coffee, all young staff, they are in no rush, take their time with each customer, booking via booksy, cash only. Shop is quite well located in town centre. They have a 5 star streak on Google reviews, operating in premium segment, smart business. Come here if you are sensitive about your haircut and willing to pay more for a good cut.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Diverse barber shop enough. All the guys here really know how to cut hair, they are patient and kind (which is really important to me). Dragos cut my hair this time and can’t have asked for a better cut. If you are looking for somewhere to get your hair cut, come here! They also have a simple online booking system which works great.

Positive experience: A decent barber shop in Chelmsford. People are really good and friendly. Their service is good as well. You may need appointments on weekends. On weekdays, it's better to give a call and confirm before you walk in. I felt the prices are a bit on the higher end but the overall experience was good.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and therefore I have tried many barbers in Witham and Chelmsford. I love diverse they always offer me a coffee and I always get a great haircut. I think the service is so good because the majority of the people cutting hair are the owners themselves so they take great pride in their work. I would highly recommend going to this barbershop. I have now been twice on the first time I went there was an issue around walkins however they now have an app where you can book. 100000% recommended
