Negative experience: Overcharging customers!! They charged double the amount and didn’t show what’s on the screen of the chip and pin! I only had a trim, no wash, no fade, no brows etc… yet they changed more more than the most expensive services on the price list.

Negative experience: False advertised student price. All the signs say 14 pounds. They force you to pay 18 pounds and make excuses. Reply to owner response: I am a student and even asked for student price explicitly. I was told 'that is the student price'. Again, lying.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this place a couple of times now and i get my hair cut by Masood. I don’t often write reviews but the way he cuts my hair is always amazing. Especially considering afro hair is difficult to cut since it shrinks.

Positive experience: Make sure it’s the owner or long time employees I had someone who has never been trained professionally or is new and I’m convinced he couldn’t see a straight line if he was stood in one cut about half an inch off the front and thinned out my hair after I asked not to. When I complained or said something he then smirked and shot his co worker a look of judgement been here about 15 times and never been so disappointed with a hair cut be careful who cuts your hair

Negative experience: They don’t actually know how to cut hair. All they do is pick up the clippers and shave your head. They have no scissor skills at all. They only know one single style and give the same haircut to everyone. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Went today , always nervous in barbers as I like it a certain way . They are so respectful and sound in here and it’s got a nice vibe to it . You even get a free hair wash after and then they style it exactly to your request Leaving you looking fresh.

Negative experience: That was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. The barber who cut my hair messed it up, scratched my neck in two places, and reeked of alcohol and cigarettes. He was heavily built, so avoid him if you visit that salon.

Negative experience: A truly overpriced hairdresser. They only shortened the sides of my hair and cleaned up the back of my neck, and I was charged £28 for this. They washed my hair, but there was already a sign inside the shop saying that washing was free. Normally, this service costs around £10 or £15 at other barbers, but this place is unnecessarily expensive. On top of that, the whole thing only took 25 minutes — £28 for 25 minutes is really too much. I will definitely never go there again.

Negative experience: Normally a good shop, walked in today and a barber I haven’t seen in there before called me up so went and sat down, asked for a low taper fade and about eyebrow length on top, top is good, but I’ve walked out with a poorly done mid skin fade, left patches of long hair around my ears and on the back of my head. Pained me to pay for it tbh

Negative experience: Had high hopes with the shop’s rating but annoyed to the core. Went there for my kid’s haircut and ended up having a bit of his eye brows trimmed with the haircut. And the barber said he didn’t know if it was happened by him. The main staff/manager didn’t ever care to rectify, neither apologised nor refunded and simply blamed on the barber instead. A very disappointing haircut experience.

Negative experience: Recently i went here cause the outside and inside looked very clean, i asked for my haircut and not even 6 minutes later, he was done. He nicked my ear and behind my neck and didn’t say anything, the fade i asked for was patchy and not even faded into my hair, nice environment but the haircut was not it.

Fantastic experience: Flew in today from Belfast and needing a haircut badly i visited this fine establishment I can’t thank K enough for the amazing job he did on my hair and quality and service are best bar none…can’t rate them highly enough best barber I’ve been in outside Turkey and that’s saying something.

Negative experience: I usually do not get hair cut from different places because I know people can screw up. But I don’t know what got into me and I gave this place a try. Seriously, one of the worst haircut of my life, I showed the barber the picture, he just took a quick look, and started to cut my hair, he was in a rush, I think he needed to reach somewhere else, I don’t know. I needed spikes but instead of levelling all the hairs at the top, one side of hair was significantly longer in length than others which I realised after reaching home. Well, it will grow back but will never come back here.

Negative experience: Very bad service, don’t waste your money. I went there 30 mins before they close, the guy wasn’t even bothered to cut my hair, he kept on checking the time, literally felt like he was just chopping my hair off, he ruined it. If you think the customer is too late don’t take him in! £25 went to waste. Will never come here again.

Negative experience: I walked in and was told it would take 40 mins but still I waited for more than an hour and half at the shop. When I knew I would be next they told me there would be 2 others before me, which is not fair. They should at least mention it specifically which they didn’t.

Can give useful recommendations about what would work for my hair and didnt go crazy with the edges as some barbers do. Clearly a seasoned pro.
