Fantastic experience: Great place great vibe trendy and great stylists lots to choose from i always book at Lou’s for my hair!! Jade was exceptionally good today cut my hair perfectly she is warm friendly and easy to chat with. Always Lou’s for me!! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: My cousin had went to this shop and a man who was breathing down his neck the whole time cut him opposite to what he wanted and shown using a picture. Horrible service, will ask for Rob next time. Please consider training some of these barbers better.

Fantastic experience: Short back and sides. My 5 year old son has always struggled with having his hair cut and usually ends with him screaming and being pinned down to finish it. Nathan made him feel so comfortable and took his time. It's a fab cut and we didn't have any tears. Great service, we will definitely be coming back.

For beard trims both Rob and Steve are excellent and the staff are great with my youngest when we take him in for a trim. If you looking to establish a regular place then Lou’s has got to be top of the list.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Lou’s for a few years but I took my 11 month old son this time. Rob was amazing with him and was very patient when my son was moving his head around. Some of the other staff members also helped to distract him so that Rob could finish the haircut. Safe to say we will be coming back for his future haircuts!
