Fantastic experience: Thoughtful job. One of the best cuts I've ever had. Treated with kindness and respect.

Negative experience: Booked in for the full service. Never been before, but reviews spoke highly. I arrived exactly at 1.30 pm and a kind man showed me to a seat, asked what I'd like, I stated everything just tidied, please. I thought something was wrong when he started shaving me with an electric razor. But thought maybe he's trimming it before, I get the wet shave. The owner was chatting to a regular. I'm now left with sore razor burns all over my neck. When paying, the owner realised I was the booking, but too late, the damage was done. The guy who served me was a true gent, and not his fault, he thought I was a walk-in.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was professional, welcoming, and attentive to detail. My barber took the time to understand exactly the style I wanted and executed it perfectly. The haircut is clean, sharp, and suits my face perfectly. The precision on the fade and the overall finishing touches show real skill and experience. You can tell they genuinely care about quality and customer satisfaction. The atmosphere was comfortable, the hygiene standards were excellent, and the whole experience felt premium. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a barber who is talented, detail-oriented, and consistent. I will definitely be coming back!

So regular that the chaps 9/10 don’t need to ask what hairstyle I’m having. Boys are great and friendly and quite chatty and accommodating. Can’t recommend enough

Negative experience: Unfortunately i got haircut with the guy who can’t do modern style. I thought high rating would guarantee you a great haircut. But you need luck as well

Fantastic experience: I came from The United States of America, my nephews recommended this barbershop to me. We came just right before they closed. Everyone was so welcoming and we loved their vibes and the atmosphere in the shop. Shiar was so nice to us and he’s actually very good at what he does. Not only he gave us good haircuts, he was so nice to my nephews too. We appreciate him a lot and I know my nephews will get their cut here all the time. Everytime I come to visit I will definitely come to get haircut here. Thanks Shiar so much!

Negative experience: Went here for a hot towel shave and was hugely disappointed. Did not apply hot towel at the start and after the shave literally went over it with an electric razor followed by a hot towel loosely thrown over at the end for a few seconds. £20 for this never again! Avoid!

My 11 son was nervous, but the barber made him feel settled and happy. The haircut was perfect and my son left an hour later over the moon. Highly recommended on all counts! Saved us from a very sad and grumpy child!
