Fantastic experience: Shoutout to Braeden, I always have a good time shooting the breeze with him as he gives me a great fade

Negative experience: Went for a simple #3 Buzz Cut before a job interview. Barber was nice enough but left long hairs along the front of my head and around my ears, had to trim them myself when I got home. Used to get very good service but after my preferred barber left and this being the first cut I had from another I won’t be back.

Negative experience: Went in for a beard trim and asked for it to be cleaned up while keeping as much length as possible. Asked for it to look natural. I left with very little on my face am now counting the days for it to grow back. This isn't the first time I've had my beard asks disregarded. The guys here are nice but it seems they have a singular style/approach in the shop. Seeing the reviews below, I feel the response I will get is "we aren't the shop for you." I think so.

Negative experience: Don't try to get a shave from these guys, I got several cuts and was offered a refund that I never saw. Terrible...

Positive experience: I pulled into the parking lot at 1237 today for my son’s 1230 appointment after getting forced to go the wrong direction on Woodstock road for construction and loop back around to the detour on waggoners lane. Apparently, seven minutes late is too much for Justin and he refused to give my son a haircut. We have been coming here for over a year and my son‘s haircuts typically take 15-20 minutes from Adrien despite the email saying the appointment is booked for 45 minutes. I’m leaving a three star review because Adrien has always done a great job in the past and it sucks he was booked out all week and now I am never coming back. As I’m driving away, I receive a notice on my phone at 12:39 saying I was a no-show and would have to pay full price for the appointment?! for being 7 minutes late for a simple student haircut that had 45 minutes reserved.

Fantastic experience: I saw Owen when I went for the first time last week. He shaped me up and gave me a great cut. They offer a premium service at a premium price. Its great, but don't come if you want a cheap haircut. The atmosphere and crew here are super cool.

Fantastic experience: I have to give a huge shout out to Owen and his amazing personality while he cut my teen son’s hair. The moment we walked in, I knew this was going to be an awesome experience for my son who was feeling quite anxious. Owen made him feel welcome , after he likely sensed some anxiety, and in less than a minute, all I saw was a huge smile :) Owen was so down to earth and calm while they chatted. He gave him the best cut he’s ever had, no joke. I’m still hearing about how much he loves it, in fact I was just reminded to book again. It’s the coolest place with the coolest vibe! Can’t wait to return again. Thanks so much for an excellent experience. Highly, highly recommend!!! Oh, and I cannot forget the convo I had when booking. I was so impressed with their willingness to accommodate. This is unfortunately rare these days, and the questions I had were answered with so much respect, that I immediately knew this was the place to be! Thanks for being true supporters of inclusion.

Fantastic experience: Wow is all I can say... To some of the poor reviews that have been left here. I've been getting my hair cut with Braeden for over 2 years, and not only does he do a solid cut, he's a solid dude. I don't even have to say a word, I just sit in the chair and he knows what to do. I have a great conversation with him every time, and he does an awesome job with my slickback. He's even given me recommendations for how my cut can look better, and he didn't disappoint. Don't waste your time with places like worst choice, get a proper cut at The Warehouse. There's only been one time in over 2 years that Braeden couldn't be there, and he was able to get me rescheduled as soon as possible with Adrien. I wasn't sure about someone else cutting my hair since I was used to Braeden for so long, but Adrien is also a solid dude that does a solid cut. Not only would I 15/10 recommend Braeden, but I would 15/10 recommend a cut with anyone at The Warehouse. The environment is awesome. There's always good tunes playing and good conversations to be had. It's just all around a great environment. And your hair will definitely be cut to a clean, professional standard.

Negative experience: Wow. It's all I can muster to say. Edit to reply: Many times = 1 time. I do see a missed call, but then to receive a text message confirming my appointment an hour before the time? 5 hours after the call? Come on. And a wish for an infection, is a wish for a medium minor inconvenience as karma for my minor inconvenience. Just confirms, I will definitely not be returning and I do hope you do better. My son really liked his cut last time with Braeden and liked the work of the barber who told me Braeden went to the expo. Do better man. TLDR; booked with Braeden, he dipped and went to the tattoo expo and we sat there for 30 min wasting our time. Don't book with Braeden. I booked an appointment with Braeden nearly a week in advance. (Booked on 19th, online, confirmed via email and text). This was not my first booking here for my son and had a positive experience previously. At 1429 today, I received a text confirmation that my appointment at 1530 with Braeden was coming up. I had to pull my son out of school to try to ensure he got his haircut at a time we could manage. My other son was with us, he is 7 and had an activity at 1630, so time was tight. We arrived 10 minutes ahead of our scheduled time and while both other barbers were occupied, they asked "you have an appointment?" I confirmed at 1530 yes. We proceeded to sit there for THIRTY MINUTES. No sight of Braeden. When the other stylist (who was kind and I'm sure it was not his fault, as he seemed as flabbergasted as I) was done with his client, I asked, it's been 30 minutes of waiting, uhh where's Braeden? HE WENT TO THE TATTOO EXPO. HE LITERALLY DIPPED AND NO ONE SAID A WORD. Let us sit there for 30 min and the dude went to the tattoo expo. Unbelievable and terrible for business. Thanks for wasting my time Braeden, hope you got the tattoo of your dreams and it gets infected. Anyway, don't book with Braeden. We won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Our son has had three hair cuts so far in his life and they have all resulted in us, his parents, scrambling to calm him down and use as many distractions as possible because he was scared and uncomfortable. We tried The Warehouse because we had heard great things and they did not disappoint! We saw Owen, who was amazing, and our son was at ease immediately! Booking was easy, and the atmosphere of the shop was very relaxing even though it was quite busy. We cannot recommend this place, or Owen enough. Thank you for such a lovely and positive experience! We will certainly be back!

Owen was so great with him worked around his squirming and tried to calm him down. His hair despite the challenging toddler turned out amazing. I tipped him well that man deserves a medal.

Negative experience: Older gentlemen beware. I walked in to this establishment on what appeared to be a quiet afternoon. After being ignored for 10 minutes I finally was recognized with a grunt. I said. "I would like a haircut." I was told they were fully booked and don't take walk ins. Ok I said. "can I make an appointment?" to which the reply was. "I don't believe this is the place for you, There are a lot of other shops in town." I was flabbergasted. Rather than make a scene I left. Every time I pass this shop I wonder why they are still in business. I believe this is a case of ageism. Edit: "owner" not a fake review, did you really review all your video over the past year? I didn't respond earlier as your previous edit was a thinly veiled threat. From your response I can only guess that the rude person in your shop was you.

Fantastic experience: My son is very happy with his haircut from Braeden. T. Very welcoming and inviting environment..even as a women sitting in the corner waiting for her son. Everyone working seemed to be happy and enjoyed their jobs. Watching them you can tell they all take pride in their work. We definitely found our go to place for the kid to get his hair cut.
