Fantastic experience: I have been going here since they originally opened, and haven't ever been disappointed. The atmosphere is great and the hair cuts outstanding! Highly recommend checking them out, but make sure to book in advance!

It’s the only barber shop I’ve ever been to where they take their time. The staff are all awesome, down to earth, cool personality’s, great conversations, everyone’s always happy. During the cut I was just amazed at the quality and precision Nick had. I’ve never gone anywhere since. Nick always delivers the exact cut you want. Negative experience: We arrived exactly five minutes late for my son’s appointment with Mercedes. She advised us that she didn’t have time to properly trim his hair because 25 minutes was not enough. His haircuts never take more than 20 minutes but she was completely indifferent and told us that we were being charged for missing our appointment and would we like to reschedule. It was not even busy in the shop- one other barber had one person in his chair. A little flexibility and a kind attitude would have gone a long way. We won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: This shop is great! While I don’t get my hair cut there, I do frequent the shop to buy grooming products for all the men on my gift lists, and I have bought gift cards for hair cuts and beard trims as well. I have a large predominantly male extended family, and everyone I have sent there has been more than happy to become regular clients. Mike, the owner, is professional and easy going, and his staff is always helpful and professional as well.

Negative experience: Huh!!!!!! I went to this Master Barber shop, I hope they are giving the best service. However, they don’t have any respect for their customers. They have been very rude to me and one of the employee has asked me to leave me when I came 15mins late, as if am working there. NO TOLERANCE, NO RESPECT, VERY RUDE. Very Very Worst behaviour have ever experienced. They have no respect towards customers, may be they’ll start respecting after seeing this review. Please keep in mind, if you are not serve respectfully, other services doesn’t matter.

Having been to barbershops across North America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand (as a bit of a hobby), I can say that my experience with Colby was second to none. Attention to detail, dogged determination that the customer has a great experience combined with authentic conversation: I will be back.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several shops between Vic/Van/Nan now and the work Hailey did on my beard this morning at 4 Crows rivals, if not beats anything I have had elsewhere. I will be back on a regular basis. The shop has a great feel to it, friendly smiling faces, and delicious coffee. My only regret is I didn't leave a larger tip. Next time !!!
