Fantastic experience: Mikah always does an incredible job at cutting my hair and giving me really good advice for maintaining it as well. Which is not an easy task because I have long curly hair that breaks very easily in the back so maintenance is quite difficult. I highly recommend his service. Plus he is an incredible conversationalist as well and we always have a lot of fun!

Negative experience: Until today I was becoming a loyal customer of this place. Sam was lovely (the other stylist was your typical "bro" too cool to acknowledge your existence type) and I always had a good haircut. I live around the corner from this place and I had never previously missed an appointment. Today, after recovering from an illness I lost track of time and was 5 minutes late for my booked appointment. In that time I received 4 calls from Sam, and when I did pickup he was very abrupt / rude, even laying blame on me for my partner having missed a previous appointment (I know nothing about this). Despite living less than 10 minutes away and offering to rush over he insisted that he was going to charge me for a missed appointment... wow! So I guess loyalty to a local customer means nothing, cause all they care about is $$. I don't recommend this place. They've jacked the price up $10 and service seems to be on the decline.
