But the young lad who done my beard did an amazing job was super patient and actually trimmed off way more than I normally would and he made it look even better . Negative experience: My 14 year old went and took himself in for a haircut - and received a small trim with a slight fade at the back - and was charged over $55! Extortion.

Negative experience: Haircut took over an hour Told the barber that I need my hair done right as I had wedding the next day and they completely butchered it Uneven cuts everywhere Back of my hair had half short and half long and charged me 50$ what a rip off Do not recommend

Positive experience: Definitely mixed review. Been here a few times. The last one really disappointed me. I specifically asked one barber not to touch a particular part of my hair. I actually mentioned it multiple times. He went against my wishes and now I'm dealing with a style I don't like until it grows out again.

Even when a women decided to be nasty to staff and say they “butchered” their sons hair (I don’t know why they even took photos because it genuinely looked good haha) and decided to be a keyboard warrior (as seen in all her reviews ) saying the hair dresser handed out water to start off with? She never handed out water. It was another women on reception who is also very nice to customers. Even when they asked for the wrong haircut, they handled it professionally. Even made them not pay but they still left a review. Wanted to say from the start ‘Elizabeth’ was even giving customers dirty looks. The staff here don’t get enough recognition. It’s also super affordable compared to many barbers. Keep up the great work team!!

Fantastic experience: Had another haircut yesterday from these guys it was amazing as usual, for Elizabeth’s review a couple reviews under mine, ignore it, I have been getting my haircut there for nearly 2 years now, never had a bad haircut, I was sat in the chair next to her kid getting his haircut, her husband was sooky and asked for the wrong thing then tried to blame it on the barber, Elizabeth then came in and starting going at the female barber being loud and shouting. He asked for a medium fade and that is what he got. The woman that cut that kids hair is the best barber in that shop apart from the manager. They also picked on her while her manager wasn’t there (surprise surprise). You didn’t even have to pay for your kids haircut. Get a life

Negative experience: Awful experience today, the Female barber needs the sack. Argumentative and full of attitude with absolutely zero experience or skill to back it up! Was handing out waters on reception not too long ago but now thinks she knows better than the owner. Thanks for absolutely butchering our son’s hair! Literally the WORST haircut and trying to pass it off as a skin fade is laughable.

Negative experience: Not great… In and out job. Asked me what I wanted, I advised I didn’t want the top blending and wanted a step. Proceeded to blend the sides with clippers… Then, squared off the top with scissors pretty bluntly, no feathering or layering with scissors. The fact it took 10 minutes says a lot :/ Which a shame.

Negative experience: These guys couldn’t cut a slice of bread let alone your hair, these people have zero guilt doing the worst job imaginable. I had long hair I was wanting to cut into a modern mullet as seen everywhere online and in person. The most popular haircut for the past 3 years and they had no clue what was going on. So they just gave me the old backyard special and just cut all my long hair off without any styling at all. Now my long hair is completely gone and they have cut my top and sides way way too short now I look ridiculous and nothing like the example photos given. All I can do is wait for my hair to grow back and start over again. Please avoid at all costs, inexperienced staff will rush your haircut to make sure you’re out of there within 10 mins. They don’t care about you.

Negative experience: Do not go here. Every time I come I get some Edgar looking crap. So I asked for a fade and ts looks like what I got.

Negative experience: • 45 mins for a kids cut, kept re-doing it. • Was quite rough with my 4 year old son, pulling his hair repeatedly then blaming my son who was sitting perfectly still. • Barber cut his own finger & bled on my son’s hair. When I asked him a few mins later to wash it out he just cut the hair off. • Barber was generally rude & seemed so annoyed to be there

Negative experience: Went in for a fade and moustache trim. Specifically said just bring my mo off my lip. Bloke took to it with clippers, left it ridiculously short on one side. Have to take it all the way off now!!! Gave me a straight razor shave and missed patches everywhere. Will never go back !!

Fantastic experience: One if not the best barbers in perth for beard owners, Te does a amazing job of beard styling and listening to what you want, she take the time to get it correct, she is well worth asking for her if you have a beard. Highly recommend she is top notch

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Jordan is a great barber. I asked for a mid blowout taper, and just like every other time, this man delivers an immaculate cut. Jordan 100% deserves a raise of sorts because without fail he delivers a fantastic cut. The prices are a little high. But apart from that this place is great!

Negative experience: Didn’t listen to instructions, despite behind shown a photo of desired cuts, and did a terrible job of the wrong cut. Literally scalped both our kids. Rudely chatted to each other in a foreign language the entire time as if we weren’t even there - terrible service.

Negative experience: First look at this place and it was a kid with his pants half way down is legs and AirPods in on his phone, he then proceeded to cut my hair and barely listened to anything I asked, when he cut my fringe I asked him to blend it and he left it straight and on an angle, after this horrid haircut he then proceeded to try and charge me 50$, I have never been charged over 30 for a good haircut, let alone a bad one, all I’m saying is don’t go to this place

Negative experience: Sat waiting for 30plus minutes as next person in line whilst barbers stuffed around re trimming their work on a group of young boys to out do each other with the same haircut on all. Nothing at all said when I walked away. Not sure how this place makes money when hours spent on haircuts for kids at a basic cost
