Negative experience: Not happy about how the barber rushed the whole process just because he had some other works to do or it’s a closing time . Can’t believe the barber could just rush the process and do me like that just because I was an immigrant or sth. Pretty sure he won’t be doing some Aussie like that.

Fantastic experience: Walked in and was immediately greeted by Huss, Sat in his chair and had a great chat , and not only did he give me a great haircut but offered fantastic advise on the products I should and shouldn’t be using on my hair in a friendly way I felt completely looked after and overall very happy with hair cut and experience. Can’t recommended Huss enough , looking forward to my next haircut . That’s not something I ever say !

Negative experience: Zero stars.. Would have abused them if I wasn’t so shocked. Asked this child barber to cut 3 inches off the length and he turned me into a Disney character. Then the boss had to come and tidy up the ends and then I got charged $70 for the privilege. Will never go back. It’s now so short I can’t even tie it and after growing it for nearly 8 years, this kid put me back to the awkward stage of long hair where it’s too short to even tie and you just look stupid. Thanks for ruining my hair.

Negative experience: Came here on a whim for an urgent haircut, I Asked for a mid skin fade got given a high skin fade. The atmosphere is appalling and the kid cutting did not look interested at all.

Negative experience: By far the worst hair cut and service I’ve had. I asked for a skin fade, he had finished cutting the sides and moved to the top and I said to him, can we go down to the skin on the back and sides just above my ear, he said yes so went back to do it. He did the smallest bit to the skin and then took the cape off, finishing up, didn’t show me the back or anything.

Negative experience: Terrible haircut probably one of the worst. Young kids basically cutting hair, almost zero experience i think i could've done better myself. Also very unprofessional, I am sure the owner is probably experienced but your hiring policies are shocking. Much better options in the centre. Absolutely avoid, won't be coming back, you'll go broke if you keep this up. Note the other 1 star reviews and make some changes.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, the young barber age 13- 14 cut my son’s ear while using the machine. Also the owner didnt even come forward to apologize or help while he was vaping inside the shop. Very disrespectful and disgusting.

Negative experience: Extremely overpriced for a very bad haircut, messed up 3 seperate times and still left with a poor haircut. The staff were clearly inexperienced and I understand people need to learn but to charge full price for a haircut that looks like it was done by a blind man is unacceptable. On top of that the other staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Overall it was a dreadful experience and I would not recommend going here ever

Negative experience: Terrible customer service! Went in at 19:35 today (Thursday) and was the only one waiting at the time. Next available barber was done 5 minutes later and messed around for 5 minutes. Finally he sat me down at 19:45 and but cloak on and asked what I wanted. He was about to start when the lead barber at the time then asked my barber what I was getting done (buzz cut with fade), he said you won’t have time and said me to leave! Shocking tbh if you were taking more customers say nicely when I landed would have had no problem as I know they close at 20:00. Won’t be back and is disappointing as been a few times to their shops!

My little boy recently had his haircut at another barbers and he wasn’t too keen on the back so when we passed these guys today while shopping we popped in and within 10 minutes Haidz had it sorted. Fantastic experience: I just had a cut a few hours ago with one of the barbers there, Jaafar. Great, relatable, and nice guy and he’ll do your hair good. I showed him two photos for my hair, with one being the hairstyle I want in the future as I grow my hair, and the other photo being the hair I want now as I grow it. My man guided me and gave me clarity on how to get there with my current hair. He’ll also check if you’re fine with every step of the haircut and cater to what you really want so that he won’t mess up and my man did not. If you do get a chance, get Jaafar as your barber Thanks again man.

Negative experience: I’ve never left a review anywhere but my haircut here was so bad, I went here to get a cut and got the worse haircut I’ve ever received and then they thought it was okay to charge 100 dollars i dont even want to go outside without wearing a hat it was so bad and it was a haircut that’s really simple to cut and they made it so bad i honestly do not recommend going here and I personally will never be coming back.
