He took his time with the service and ended up giving me probably the best fade/beard trim I've had in a very long time. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quality cut. 5/5

Fantastic experience: Visiting AD for business, I needed some grooming—I’m very hairy everywhere except my head, and my thick beard definitely needed attention. I also wanted my nose waxed and some threading done. Waleed listened carefully to what I wanted and even suggested a few improvements. Waleed turned out to be absolutely right. His skill and experience were obvious throughout the whole process. Waleed took his time and shaped my beard perfectly, waxed my nose, and threaded my cheeks with precision. He even added a cold towel over my eyes during the beard trim and a hot towel before the waxing and threading to prepare my skin. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Waleed again. 10/10!

Negative experience: Don’t be fooled by the reviews of this place. I just went there with an appointment and came exactly on that time and was surprised when I saw another customer with the barber I booked with, so then they told me he will be done soon… I waited for 30 mins and I wasn’t seated yet, what shocked me the most was they didn’t even look busy and they didn’t even rushed to seat me.. it was all cool & calm. I have never seen such poor management and they are very desperate for those good reviews. Is this an experience you would give to a new customer???

Negative experience: They ruined my beard line and gave me the most basic cut for the most expensive price, you know it’s bad when you go to another barber and he tells you you’re beard is not even and messed up , and the sad part about it is that I have drove so far to get there only to be disappointed
