Negativ upplevelse: Oerhört otrevlig på telefon när jag ringt och frågade om priser samt om de hade en tid jag kunde boka in för en klippning.

Negativ upplevelse: Fullständig katastrof! Jag bad om en taper fade och att bara klippa topparna – men det ser ut som någon lagt en kastrull på huvudet och rakat runt. Han drog kammen genom håret så hårt att det gjorde ont i hårbotten, och verkade totalt ointresserad av vad jag faktiskt sa. Priset skulle vara 490 kr, men när jag skulle betala blev det plötsligt 610 kr – för en hårtvätt jag aldrig ens bad om! Att lägga till extra kostnader utan att säga till är riktigt dåligt. Totalt oprofessionellt bemötande och uselt resultat. Gå inte hit om du vill ha en ordentlig klippning eller bli behandlad med respekt.

Negativ upplevelse: I said no skin fade and I recieved skin fade because "it's a trend now". I have tried to stop the barber multiple time to discuses my length of the hair but he kept cutting. I also received cuts around the mustache area. I had to cancel my photograph time because of this. I feel like these reviews are either fake or bias.

Negativ upplevelse: Den värsta upplevelsen jag någonsin haft vid en klippning. Så obevekligt fruktansvärd att jag började ifrågasätta själva naturen av transaktionell kommunikation i det moderna samhället. Själva frisyren blev okej, men den utfördes med en sådan butter och motvillig attityd att den förstörde hela min dag. Lägg till detta det hårdhänta behandlandet av mitt huvud, där jag gång på gång blev tryckt i rätt position med ett finger, samt en kort och oerhört otrevlig konsultation följd av fientlig tystnad — och du har det perfekta receptet på katastrof. Undvik som om det vore digerdöden.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Benji is amazing! The best haircut have have ever gotten. He is funny, open, primal, intelligent and does an incredible job. Highly recommend!

Beyond the cut, Benji brings warmth, care, and years of experience that instantly put me at ease when I have been travelling and not able to see my own barber back in Australia. This barbershop has a great vibe and the customer service from all was second to none. Couldn’t fault my fade haircut today from Benji, great to talk to and would definitely recommend 10/10!!

Positiv upplevelse: Un grand merci à Omar de The Chaps Barbershop pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Initialement, je venais juste pour une coupe, mais il a su me convaincre de prendre également soin de ma barbe. Ce que je n’avais pas prévu, c’était de rester près de deux heures pour un service complet : taille des sourcils, soin de peau, épilation des oreilles et du nez. Je dois dire que son talent pour la coiffure est incontestable et qu’il est extrêmement doué. Toutefois, cela a un prix : de 35€ pour une coupe, je suis passé à 135€ pour le tout. Heureusement, étant en vacances, je comptais me faire plaisir. Omar est très sympathique, souriant, et a su rendre ce moment agréable malgré la surprise sur la facture. Merci encore ! Big thanks to Omar at The Chaps Barbershop for his availability and professionalism. I initially came in for a simple haircut, but he convinced me to also take care of my beard. What I didn’t expect was spending almost two hours for a full service: eyebrow shaping, skincare treatment, and ear and nose waxing. I must say his talent for grooming is undeniable, and he’s truly skilled. That said, it comes at a cost: from €35 for a haircut, I ended up paying €135 for the full package. Thankfully, being on vacation, I was ready to treat myself. Omar is very friendly, cheerful, and made the experience enjoyable despite the surprise bill. Thanks again!

Negativ upplevelse: Jag finner inga ord för hur dåligt klippningen blev. Frisören (ung man från Kongo), ignorerade alla instruktioner och begick varje tänkbar fel. Hans inkompetens var så uppenbar att han själv bad om ursäkt i slutet, men bra betalt ska dom ha ändå! Det var en fruktansvärd upplevelse och jag avråder starkt från att klippa sig här! Synd and man inte kan ge minus poäng.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Valde Benjamin och fick förmodligen den bästa skin-faden jag fått någonsin, för ynka 350-ish SEK. Kommer fortsätta gå till honom. Även hans medarbetare såg ut att vara riktigt duktiga då jag kom lite tidigare och hann reka stället.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Far and away the best haircut I have had in Stockholm. The gentleman cutting my hair was a perfectionist and used a straight razor to give me a perfectly even finish. Superb. And the coffee is excellent too! And I have been back more than once and experienced the same high level of customer service. I thoroughly recommend taking the time to visit this establishment.

Negativ upplevelse: My experience was far from what I expected. From the beginning, the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional! I booked Benji specifically based on great reviews, but the experience was disappointing. When I sat down he looked at me briefly and asked how I wanted my hair cut. And as I was pulling a reference photo he walked away and started chatting with his colleagues. When he returned, he told me in a dismissive tone that his other colleague would cut my hair because he had other “clients”. And while I was moving to the other chair, he asked his colleague if she can even cut it the way I want it. His colleague seemed unsure when I showed her the picture and offered no recommendations or insights, which left me feeling uncertain. The “consultation” lasted about a minute. The haircut itself was equally disappointing. She accidentally nicked me with the scissors at one point and didn’t even brush out my hair. Given that my hair is a mix of curly and wavy, I would expect a diffuser to be used while drying it, but she either didn’t have one or didn’t bother using it. Once I got home, I noticed that my hair was uneven, with some strands sticking out and sections that were visibly shorter than others. The whole experience left me feeling overlooked and disappointed! And the lack of attention to details and professionalism means I won’t be coming back nor I am comfortable recommending it others!

Fantastisk upplevelse: En otrolig bra upplevelse! Jag blev mottagen av Helena. Innan behandlingen startade så frågade hon mig hur jag vill ha håret och skägget klippt. Jag gav henne fria tyglar och bestämma själv, samtidigt som jag berättade hur jag brukar ha det klippt :) Under klippningen så gav hon jättebra tips vad gäller hår- och skäggvård för just mitt hår. Jag rekommenderar starkt Helena och The Chaps om man vill känna sig ompysslad i en lavslappnad atmosfär men skratt och snack med frisören. Jag känner inte alls igen upplevelserna från tidigare recensenter. Jag hade en väldigt bra upplevelse iallafall :)

Negativ upplevelse: Went for a beard trim for 249 kr, got charged for a beard cut instead, but not the one from the price menu (349 kr): it cost me 490 kr, a price that's not mentioned neither on their website, nor on the price menu outside in the street. I'm happy with the result, but feel tricked and fooled by the lack of transparency.

Negativ upplevelse: Came for a quick fix of beard trim that cost 249 kr and they charged the same price as traditional shave that cost 490 kr. In that price it’s included nice hot and cold towels as a traditional shave but never got that. I even said that I wanted a quick fix of my beard. I’m happy with the cut but not with the price. Not coming back again unfortunately.

Positiv upplevelse: Good experience only had problem with payment. The person handling the payment was not experienced. I had booked via gift card 350kr and my haircutting cost was 425kr. So it was very easy math just take the balance 75kr but cashier cancelled my appointment as a result my gift card payment also got cancelled. So this made big confusion and after long discussion they solved it. So beware and be alert during payment via gift card.

Fantastisk upplevelse: These gentlemen are excellent! Did a walk in mid week and they were able to trim and shape my beard with a razor… was one of best shaves in years… highly recommended… they do great work!
