Fantastische ervaring: I tried 4 barbers before with delusional result. Till I found this barber shop: these brothers are by far the best barbers of Eindhoven. Rami, in particular, has crazy skills, he's always able to realize for me the best haircut possible. He can hide my defects and he treat with maximum attention my sensitive skin.. other brothers in the city just don't care. Everytime I go here, I receive many compliments by friends for the haircut. Every haircut they do looks very premium/high quality and many VIP come to the store for this reason. Barber & Brothers is by far a safe choice, don't waste money with others, zero regrets here.

Negatieve ervaring: сказала подстричь ровно каре, но постараться оставить максимум длины. мужчина начал стричь волосы СУХИМИ! в итоге ужасно порезал мне волосы, всё не ровно, торчит в разные стороны, разная длина волос, мне даже стыдно показывать фото того, что в итоге получилось. а, ещё цена огромная. ужасные услуги за огромные деньги, совершенно не рекомендую

Fantastische ervaring: Very good barber, they listened well to my wishes and came to a good advice. The haircut was professionally done and the lines are very good. Recommended! I have a big hair inlet and they gave me good advice how to threat this and they managed to let me look good again, no barber has ever been able to (deurne area)

Positieve ervaring: The haircut was good and the shaving was really excellent. They need to improve on appointment handling. I booked Mo for a haircut at 6:30pm but waited for one hour, it was not good. Also, he did a facial even though I did not ask for that. In the end, I paid the extra money to avoid drama and unnecessary conversation. But the haircut was good even though it was not the style that I asked in the beginning.

Fantastische ervaring: Vandaag voor de eerste keer hier geweest. Even wennen maar een goede zaak, Een afspraak gemaakt op zeer korte termijn, Dit was geen probleem ondanks de drukte in de stad. Ik kon goed mijn wensen doorgeven en het resultaat was erg goed. Wellicht tot de volgende keer.

Fantastische ervaring: Net wezen knippen bij Rami. Hij neemt echt de tijd voor het knippen en ben erg blij met het resultaat! Als je op zoek bent naar een goede kapper is dit de place to go.

Negatieve ervaring: I gave this place more than enough chances but I’ve had enough. Let’s start with the music: whenever I enter this place, I feel like I’m in a bar. I literally have to yell to be able to talk to the barber. While I was still going there, they never (not even once) respected our appointments. I was always on time but had to sit there for 30+ minutes to get somebody to cut my hair. I could almost never get a haircut from the barber I chose online when I booked my appointment. Every time, I would explain to them that I want a crew cut (and showed them photos even) and they would give me more of an undercut. When I asked them to make the top shorter, they would simply refuse and say it’s not possible. 10+ cm of length on top is certainly not a crew cut. Last time I went there, I got a haircut and a shave and came home with razor burns all over my face! The guy kinda shaved me dry. And for this I paid 60 euros. In all fairness, I’ve definitely seen worse. But in my opinion, what they offer in this shop is not worth the price and the inconvenience. Response to the reply: The way you write off negative reviews as unauthentic says a lot about what kind of place this is. I experienced the service that is offered there first hand for at least a few months, and I think it’s overpriced, and inferior, and I already said what I don’t like about it. If you really care about feedback, start by learning how to take it! I’ll share even more details below: Except for Mo and the other guy, it’s really hard to communicate with rest of the barbers in English. So basically, communication with most or the barbers there requires an interpreter. And of course there’s always this annoyingly loud music that hinders verbal communication. About shaving dry, the guy picked up the razor blade, and used it without applying any foam or doing any other preparation for a few minutes. Only then did he apply the soap (or whatever it was) and put a hot towel on my face. About respecting time and appointments, they accept customers with and without appointments and there is no prioritization whatsoever for the ones who have an appointment. When you’re there, whoever that is free calls you to sit on the chair without even checking the appointment and looking at the selected barber. If you want to have your hair cut by the barber you chose, you’ll need to remind them multiple times about your appointment, and wait for a long time until he gets free. Sometimes the barber is not even available. The place is complete chaos in terms of handling appointments.

Negatieve ervaring: Hele dure kapper. Is niet waard. Laatste keer dat ik hier was is wel even geleden. Ik betaalde toen €55. Ik hoor nu van andere die €70 betalen. Daarmee kan je 4x knippen bij een andere kapper. Niet normaal! In Geneva betaalde ik zelfs minder en daar heb je 1 van de beste kappers ter wereld die hollywood sterren knippen. Maar goed, als je hier knipt ben je een dief van je eigen portemonnee. Er zijn betere kappers die meer aandacht aan je besteden en knippen voor €15-20. Reactie op de eigenaar: Nee u heeft mij niet gesproken in de salon. Ik heb niemand gesproken aangezien ik na het afrekenen ben weggegaan en nooit ben teruggekomen. Waarom liegt u?

That barber was nice and everything but he totally messed up my haircut. I explained in detail what I wanted but it seemed like he just wanted to do his own thing. Bij barbers en brothers verkeer je de barber met een geweldig kapsel en een lichte hoofdpijn. Geweldig en jammer. Gewoon een toelichting over de muziek: de muziek is geweldig!! maar als ik de muziek kan horen ruim voordat ik binnen bent, 50 meter voor de winkel, is t gewoon te luid voor een kleine zaak... Voor de rest alles super en mijn nieuwe vaste kapperszaak. Nota: Laste keer gewoon rustig achtergrondmuziek vandaar nu een .5 * recenssie

Positieve ervaring: I got a fantastic bald fade from this place. I would return if the price was reasonable. €35 for a simple bald fade is too high. Been all over Europe and this place was the most expensive so far. If you’re willing to pay this much, their cuts are worth it.

And I have never went home unhappy with my hair cut. It’s literally full on confidence after you step out of the barber. Fantastische ervaring: Mo is a very talented barber that has worked in Dubai for years, styling and cutting the hair of TV celebrity’s. With a massive eye for detail Mo is a perfections and won’t lay down his scissors, or in my case, clippers until he’s completely satisfied! This might result in a little delay in your appointment but it’s definitely worth the wait!

So if you want to look your actual BEST and not mediocre and like every single person you meet go to Mo and James!! Mo did my hair so good at my wedding they forgot almost my wifes dress. And thats not even a joke. Its not a barbershop anymore its a family. They take their time! After years my son also goes there!

Negatieve ervaring: Vrij agressieve medewerker. Hij had mijn baard niet geknipt zoals ik gevraagd had, dit gaf ik aan, kwam dreigend voor me staan. Ondanks dat ik niet tevreden was, moest ik ook nog eens 30 euro betalen! Ik zou deze barbier absoluut niet aanraden!

Fantastische ervaring: My favourite barbershop for 5 years . Professional, friendly and attentive staff. Amazing beard- and haircut craftsmanship in traditional and modern techniques. For beard maintenance they have their own products to ensure a successful look. The barbers consult on the maintenance of the beard growth like your older brother would. This makes everyone a brother of the barbers and part of the family. Oh yeah… good coffee there too .
