Esperienza negativa: Ho chiamato in negozio per chiedere il costo di un taglio da uomo. Appena fatta la domanda, la donna che mi ha risposto ha fatto finta di non sentire ed ha attaccato. Provando a richiamare più volte subito dopo vedo che risulta staccato. Mi ha bloccato! Avevo chiamato solo per organizzare un taglio. Se è così che vogliono lavorare, beati loro!!

Esperienza fantastica: Fantastische mannenkapper!! Ook voor als je aan het reizen bent. De kapper heeft decennia ervaring en wist mij direct gerust te stellen. Nog een pluspunt zijn de lage kosten, maar neem wel contant geld mee.

Nonostante ciò, sono stata accolta subito con molta gentilezza. Laura è molto competente, professionale e davvero simpatica. Ha capito subito cosa desideravo e il risultato è stato perfetto. Consiglio vivamente il suo salone, anche per i turisti! Grazie mille per il servizio eccellente – tornerò sicuramente alla mia prossima visita a Firenze!

Esperienza negativa: Terrible, would NOT recommend. i booked appointment at 4pm a day before and when i arrived i was told i had to wait my turn after another 3 people, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Esperienza fantastica: Of all the wonderful experiences in Florence, the straight razor shave I got from him was one of the most memorable. Fantastic shave and an awesome human! Make sure to bring cash because they do not take card.

Esperienza fantastica: Wow amazing!. I was looking for a hairdressing during my stay in firenze and got to this one because of the reviews. I was a bit affraid as it’s not my regular hairdresser but Paola did a great Job and did exactly what I wanted. Surely I’ll be back next time I visit Firenze!.

Esperienza fantastica: Came to this barber randomly, you know that tension when is not your regular barber? It disappeared after a minute with Paola. It took very little to understand that I came across a professional barber. Just relax and enjoy the moment, you are in the right place.

He was very friendly and clearly has decades of experience. They only use scissors for the hair and it was a master’s class in cutting. Walked out looking good. Charge for the cut is 15E. I wish this barber was back home.

Esperienza fantastica: Top, super sympa et sans rendez-vous. Domenico est un monsieur très sympathique et un excellent coiffeur. Le lieu est propre et situé en plein centre de Florence. Les prix sont démocratiques, 15 euros la coupe. Domenico ouvre son salon à 8h, ce qui, pour les gens matinaux comme moi est très avantageux. Je repasserai très certainement lors d'un probable retour dans cette ville magnifique de Florence. Petite précision, la rue a 2 numérotation, noire et inscription rouge. L'adresse est au 35 ROUGE via Faenza.

Esperienza negativa: The haircut was fine and got a shampoo which he tried to charge 10 extra for which my hair feels worse than it did before going in. Don't get a beard shave as he won't use a cut throat razor and can't do a beard trim evenly or neatly and also charged 15 for that. I would not recommend going to this place unless it is purely for a trim on the hair and that's it. Otherwise he will over charge for everything else that he can't do properly.

He pointed to my sides and asked "short?" and pointed to my top and asked "long?". I ended up showing him a picture, to which he went "aha". He then proceeded to give me that exact haircut, with thinning out on to top as I normally request, without any questions. All around good experience, and great haircut for €15.

Esperienza fantastica: When I would visit Florence haven't since 2007, first thing I would do is get my hair cut here by an elderly guy who I believe was the owner at the time. I speak very little Italian and he did speak English. He was always so pleasant every visit.
