Esperienza fantastica: I was passing quite a few times outside of this barbershop on my way to the mall and at one [point I decided to try it, since i havent found my barber here in zurich yet. I was received 3 minutes earlier, the barber was a cool italian guy who likes pasta (of course). I felt nice and i felt I was beeing taken care of. The haircut was fire afterwards plus he styled it super nice and he also cut my eyebrows. I guess it was because it was my first time. Overall a nice experience i totally recommend it. And i will definately visit again next month.

Esperienza fantastica: Ein Barbershop, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann! Schon die Möglichkeit, online einen Termin zu buchen, ist für mich ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Ich muss nicht auf gut Glück erscheinen oder schauen, wer gerade verfügbar ist – stattdessen wähle ich einfach das Zeitfenster, das perfekt in meinen Alltag passt. Ganz unkompliziert und effizient. Und das Beste: Egal, bei wem ich lande – alle verstehen ihr Handwerk und liefern einen sauberen, präzisen Haarschnitt ab. Ich schätze besonders, dass die Stimmung im Laden stets angenehm und entspannt ist. Es läuft dezente Musik im Hintergrund, die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und nie hektisch, und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Wer Lust auf ein Gespräch hat, wird herzlich aufgenommen – wer lieber einfach still dasitzen möchte, kann genau das tun. Alles ganz ungezwungen. Der Shop ist zudem makellos sauber, es wird sehr hygienisch gearbeitet, und auch das Bezahlen mit Karte ist problemlos möglich – was heutzutage leider noch nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Ein kleines i-Tüpfelchen, das ich mir persönlich noch wünschen würde: Gerade wenn man am Freitag nach Feierabend reinkommt, wäre ein kühles Bierli zur Begrüssung das Sahnehäubchen. Nicht zwingend, aber das würde das Rundum-Erlebnis einfach perfekt machen ;) Kurz gesagt: Hier stimmt einfach alles – und viele Barbershops in der Stadt könnten sich an diesem Konzept ein Beispiel nehmen. Ein echter Vorzeigeladen!

Esperienza negativa: Unfortunately not for me. Looking at the reviews of this barber I had good and maybe too high expectations of this business. I booked a fade haircut, despite it being a more expensive option because I like my hair that way. The barber was kind, however what I got was a buzz cut and the top part of my hair cut to one cm long. Not what we had agreed upon at the beginning of the appointment. This highlights the bold spots above my temples and makes me very uncomfortable. At the end of the haircut I wasn't even offered gel or hair wax - not that it would have made any difference for the cut I got. I had then rated the place with 2 stars and was immediately contacted multiple times on my personal number offering compensation in return for deleting the review. I was not interested in that but they made me feel I was being bullied for leaving an honest review and I deleted it. Upon a good night sleep I decided it was not a professional attitude, I work in service industry and I would never get the personal data from my customers, rather just answer through the review system. That is why today's review is one star lower, as I consider this unprofessional and unpleasant. Definitely not coming back. Hopefully this feedback helps the barbershop to adjust their customer service and offer better experience for their customers in future.

Esperienza negativa: I tried to book an appointment on the website, when I arrived the owner said that service wasn’t available and I had booked the wrong thing. He then proceeded to accuse me of booking an appointment the previous day and not showing up. After I explained that wasn’t me, he was adamant that it was and I didn’t show up. He then offered a later appointment that day since he was all booked. I walked across the street and got a haircut as a walk in instead.
