Expérience négative: I'm really disappointed with my hair cut. Showed a picture that I wanted and it wasn't even close to what I asked for. Maybe pay more attention to what someone is asking for so you don't lose a customer. Will not be returning.

I went in with a picture (something withing my facial limitations) and came out nothing remotely to this even though he said he could do it...if you cant do it dont say you can (just for a sale) id been growing out my hair and beard for almost a year...and ive now had to reset and regrow (which takes months) to reattempt the look im going for...not cool

Expérience positive: Google Maps says it’s open. I walked here from the train station looking for a cut. It wasn’t open. I called and the rep was rude, and hung up on me. I can assure you from the dark interior and nobody here - the establishment is not open. Updating Google hours is not complicated guys. He said it was by appointment - but I don’t know how I could have known that as the description only reads “open on the fist of the year” lol Edit: the owner called me, apologized, and is updating the Google listing to communicate the process for customers. A good service recovery and I would now encourage out of towners like myself to check it out
