8 months ago Expérience négative: I arrived at Roosters about 40 minutes before closing, hoping to get a quick walk-in haircut. There were three stylists on the floor — two with clients, and one standing at the back of the store on her phone. When I approached, she asked if I had an appointment. I said I was a walk-in, and she immediately told me they were fully booked for the evening and couldn’t fit me in. I waited outside in my car for about 25 minutes while my spouse finished shopping in a neighbouring store. During that time, no other customers went in, and the two clients who were there had left. When we drove off around 8:15 PM, all three stylists were standing at the front chatting — clearly not busy. As someone new to the area, this was my first experience with Roosters, and unfortunately, it left a terrible impression. The staff came across as uninterested and unmotivated. It felt like they just didn’t want to take another client, even though they had time. Based on this experience, I won’t be back — and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

11 months ago Expérience négative: My appointment was 11:45 a.m., I received a phone call from the salon at 11:48 a.m. reminding me of the appointment and I arrived at the salon within a minute or two of the call. Was this call initiated by an impatient stylist or is it corporate policy? Given our hectic schedules one would think that there would an allowance for arrival times. A 'reminder' call only serves to increase already high daily stress levels and in my opinion borders on harrassment.

1 year ago Expérience fantastique: I am using my husbands account. But I took our 2.5 year old to Roosters yesterday and we had a great experience! Our son has trouble sitting still for long periods and is very much “if I don’t want to do it I am not”. We had April as our stylist and she was amazing with him! Let him check out the trimmer beforehand and turn it on, worked with him turning around and moving so patiently and was very kind to him. Thank you so much! This was only our second haircut and so far Roosters have made our experience a positive one. We will be back!

1 year ago Expérience fantastique: Roosters is the best! Easy to book your appointment online. Staff are very friendly and always do a great job! It’s very clean. They are also great with kids. I bought my 2.5 year old boy to see Stephanie. He has fought me and my wife black and blue every time we went somewhere different to cut his hair. But he listened to Stephanie and kept calm enough to actually put the clippers to his head! Always happy walking out of there!
