Expérience négative: Very poor service. My haircut was constantly interrupted—the stylist kept disappearing into the back room to talk to colleagues and even left at one point to get 'chai.' He barely spent five minutes on the actual cut before asking if it was 'fine.' It felt rushed, distracted, and completely unprofessional.

Expérience négative: I’ve visited this barber shop twice mainly because it’s very close to my house. I paid around $40–45 each time, but unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied with the haircut either time. The barbers seemed rushed and not very friendly, and it didn’t feel like they took the time to do the job properly. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Overall, it just wasn’t worth the money.

Went to new guy and it was so terrible, hair was not even cut properly, it was uneven, and the guy was talking on the phone and cutting hair in the same time . Got home and showered, discovered how bad it was tried to reach out to manager , no response. Very unprofessional. But Sam called back and fixed everything after, he was very good.

Expérience négative: My hair was cut by Sam, when I sat on the barber's chair I showed him a photo of what I wanted and told him I wanted a skin fade, he did not give me a skin fade. Then when it seemed like he was gonna be done, I told him I wanted a skin fade, then he said it would take a longer time to do it, grabbed the razor and began forcefully shaving my head, he actually HURT me, I remained quiet until he finished, he was in such a hurry because he had an appointment booked for 5:05 and my appointment was at 4:45, he should not have taken me in the first place. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL MAKE SURE ALL MY FRIENDS KNOW OF THE HORRIBLE SERVICE I GOT!

Expérience positive: I like this place but they need to improve their online booking system. Booked online this morning 2nd time doing this and it didn't take. Even had confirmation, saying my appointment was booked but yet it wasn't actually booked. I called this time before driving in and glad I did cause otherwise I would have wasted a trip to the city again. The people who work her are extremely friendly and professional and do an amazing job, but now I will just go back to calling in for haircut appointments.
