I had my hair cut by Moe which was an extremely positive experience, he listened to exactly what I wanted and made suggestions but didn’t push for anything I didn’t want. He is incredibly skilled. I came in late on a Sunday (4:40pm) and Eddy was able to get me in for a much needed cut, which turned out great. Bradley has also done my hair with similar results. Every haircut has been spot-on. On top of that, any suggestions he makes only improve the final result. I recommend Steveo to all of my friends, and I can’t recommend him enough. The guy who did my hair was very disinterested and was fully focused on the soccer game on the TV. And then came the next guy who suggested for highlighting instead of bleaching and after I didn't that I couldn't see the colour and asked him, he said basically to bleach it fully once again. Wasted my time here, totally disappointed with this and customer service as well. No thanks, won't visit them again

Expérience négative: They need to re-evaluate their customer service. I used to go there for haircuts especially for Sal, as he is a good barber and always treated me well. Yesterday I called to book a haircut with Sal but they informed me that it’s his day off and asked me whether I want to go ahead with someone else and I said yes. They also said I can walk in as it is not busy. I reached there 10 minutes earlier and the guy who spoke to me on the phone asked me whether I am the one who called earlier asking for Sal. I said yes and he asked me to come to his station and take a seat. He put the white cloth on me and asked me what style I want. As he was starting to cut my hair another customer walked in and his attention got diverted to him. He asked the customer whether he was in a rush or not and the customer responded “ I am not in a rush but it would be better if I could get it done quicker”. (The customer did not have any booking either). After this the barber told me that he got this customer he needs to attend and someone else will take care of me. Even though he prepared me for a haircut and put the white cloth on me. I had to take everything off and move to a different station. Neither he was apologetic nor he showed any remorse after. The barber who took care of me later was very apologetic and did a good job. The previous management was better. Spend your money somewhere else. *I don’t remember the barber’s name but he is the tallest guy there and also likes to talk a lot unnecessarily.

They both double checked with me that what the boys wanted was okay with me, and confirmed that they nailed it. The kids are already looking forward to going back again.
