Expérience négative: Decent experience although consistency is missing unfortunately even though I usually get same style of fade each time. And i have tried 3 of their barbers in the past 1 year. On top of that, the prices have gone up. Found them on a bit expensive side for a 30 min fade. Location is convenient, hence i kept going back. Each time got hot towel and hair wash included, this time barber skipped the hot towel. No big deal tbh but little things like these add up. Overall shop is fairly clean and barbers are polite but skill and customer service wise, a bit lacking at this price point. But after another inconsistent fade today, I may have to look elsewhere. Not 100% yet!

Expérience négative: Not sure why I keep giving these guys a chance. Since my first visit, I have had 5 or 6 visit so far till now and 70% of the time I had bad experience. Today I gave these guys another try just because my own barber from Angie’s is out of town. I asked the guy to recline my chair because it is uncomfortable but no. I asked him to make it look nice and here is what I get. Rest you can imagine. Paid $50 for beard trim, lineup overall with raiser. I don’t think it’s worth the price. Last bad review the owner called and asked me to take the review down and apologized plus offered a free service. But not this time. Bad service and not worth the price. I would also like to add an important detail regarding the incident. During the razor shave on Thursday, January 22, 2026, I asked the barber why no water, shaving cream, or lotion was being used to smoothen my facial skin. His response was that this was how he achieves “perfection.” While shaving my face, no shaving product was applied; shaving cream was used only on my neck. As a result, I experienced immediate burning during the shave, and since then my facial skin has been damaged and continues to cause discomfort. See this new picture for details

Expérience négative: The worst hair cut I’ve ever seen for my son! We requested to have a bit shorter on the side and keep the top part stylish. The guy asked “ number 2?” I’m like what’s number 2?! I repeated again I need to keep his style but just a bit shorter. He cut all of my son’s hair (3.5 years old) to one size. He did it in 10min with just using machine. The lack of care and professionalism is something you will experience in this place. The worst part is, after we gave my son shower we realized one side is longer than other side which we have to go back to get it fixed.

The haircut and beard trim were done, but the service ended without the hair wash being offered. When I asked, I was told “do you want to get it? it’s included in your package.” If something is included, it should be provided without hesitation. Left without the hair wash and still paid the full amount. Overall, not the level of service expected at this price point.

Expérience négative: ⭐ 1 Star — Worst Experience Ever The worst haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. The young barber who worked on me had absolutely no experience or skill. He didn’t listen to a single instruction and kept using the trimmer aimlessly as if guessing his way through the cut. When I pointed out the mistakes, he tried to “fix” it and only made things worse. At that point, I just walked out because there was nothing left to ruin. I declined the discount they offered — I didn’t want a cheaper bad haircut, I wanted a professional one. This place seriously needs to reconsider who they let cut hair.

The barber station was clean, tools well-maintained, and Yousef took time with the details (line-up, edges, even checking symmetry) which made a big difference. Expérience positive: Really large shop lots of chairs and barbers available. My biggest complain is hygiene considering its a mens salon thats fairly new they hygiene is almost nonexistent, the clippers are not sanitized after use and the stations are not wiped down prior to use which to me is a reg flag. Its dangerous and harmful because thats how sepsis and other skin infections occur. I would highly encourage cleaning clippers and or atleast soaking clippers heads in antibacterial solution prior to use.

The haircut experience itself was excellent — no hair pulling, very neat and precise, and the barbers clearly take pride in their work. The staff were friendly, professional, offered refreshments and made sure everything was done just right. They also offer a wide range of services, so there’s something for everyone.
