Expérience fantastique: Jaren geleden kwam ik hier toevallig terecht en gaf meteen carte blanche voor mijn kapsel. Sindsdien ben ik vaste klant, en dat zegt genoeg. Mijn haar wordt telkens perfect geschoren en geknipt in een strakke “Skin fade”, die zich telkens weer weet te onderscheiden van anderen met een gelijkaardig kapsel. Je merkt gewoon het verschil. Dit is geen doorsnee kapsalon, maar een echte professionele barbier met oog voor detail en vakmanschap. Absoluut een aanrader voor wie kwaliteit en stijl belangrijk vindt!

Expérience négative: Na enkele goed verlopen afspraken had ik een nieuwe afspraak gemaakt voor mijn zoon. Ik heb deze een uur te laat genoteerd in de agenda. Een halfuur Na de afspraak werd het volledige bedrag in rekening gebracht. Ik heb direct gebeld om een oplossing te vinden maar ze waren onverbiddelijk. Geen nieuwe afspraak mogelijk en geen terugbetaling of gedeeltelijke terugbetaling mogelijk. Ik vind dit weinig klantgericht!!!

Expérience négative: So disappointed 2 weeks after and my hair is not growing to the length desired! Do not know how to deal with curly hair and shouldve been open about it! I precisely described and showed photo of how i want my bangs to be covering my forehead cause i do not like to show it! Knowing that curly hair shrinks after it dries yet the hairdresser decided to make it very short not considering that factor! From the sides i look like 5 years old child going to school! I did not want to leave any review but im on vacation atm and everytime i need to wet my hair to look presentable! I paid to ruin my hair literally

Expérience fantastique: An amazing haircut experience. The hair salon is pretty well decorated, and the hairdressers make you feel as comfortable as possible. Anthony asks for your opinion every step of the way, tries to understand what you want and implements it down to the finest detail. You'll have no trouble communicating as an English speaker, and the prices are maybe slightly above average, but still justifiable. You can pay in advance while getting your appointment, or in place by cash or card.
