Fantastinen kokemus: War spontan in meinen Ferien beim Ihm zum Bart und Haare schneiden, super Erfahrung. Er kennt sein Handwerk, ist sehr genau und macht einen super Job. Im Falle ich wiedermal in Helsinki bin, gehe ich sofort wieder zu ihm.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Hiuksia leikkaa nykyjään pahantuulinen ja töykeä ukko, joka ei ole Mr. Jack. Tämä pahantuulinen ukko ei osaa myöskään leikata hiuksia. Hutaisee kaiken sinne päin 10 minuutissa, lisäksi kiukuttelee päälle. Olen käynyt 2 kertaa tämän vuoden aikana. Molemmilla kerroilla sama kokemus. Vielä muutama vuosi sitten paikka oli kaupungin paras parturi. Silloin, kun Mr. Jack oli vielä itse paikalla. Aikoinaan töissä oli myös lyhyempi kaveri, joka osasi myös leikata hiuksia hyvin. Tämä lyhyt kaveri oli myös kohtelias, ja kertoi hauskoja juttuja leikatessaan. Entinen vakioasiakas, joka asui muutaman vuoden pois Helsingistä ihmettelee mitä liikkeelle oikein tapahtui?

Fantastinen kokemus: Olen odottanut yli kuukauden tekemään tätä arvostelua. Mutta paras parturi helsingin alueella. Kuuntelee asiakkaiden toiveita mutta myös jakaa omaa ammattitaitoaan. 11/10

Fantastinen kokemus: Oli ensinmäinen kerta kun kävin. Piti saada pitkä koronatukka pois että näyttäisi ihmiseltä. Palvelu oli ystävällistä, asiallista ja jopa ammattimaista. Koko ajan tiedusteltiin, että meneekö leikkaus oikein. Mutta se lopputulos. Koska olen itse huono itseäni arvostelemaan ulkonäöllisesti, odotin tämän arvostelun tekemisen suhteen sen verran, että olin saanut palautetta toisilta ihmisiltä. Palautteen mukaan, lopputulos oli upea. Joten suosittelen kovasti,, vaikka siitä voi itselleni ollakin haittaa tulevaisuudessa, jonot sen kun kasvaa.

Negatiivinen kokemus: I dont usually put reviews but i had to for this place. For context i am asian and have straight hair, i speak a little Finnish. When i walked in, i was immediately seated and that was honestly the only good thing about my experience. When i got my barber he was cold and uninviting, he didnt say a word to me until i was seated and he asked for a reference picture. He told me the style in the picture wouldn't work with me and i told him to keep it longer. he started and all his movements were aggressive and erratic. Pulling and combing sluggishly and sloppy. He constantly scratched my ears with the comb. After he moved to the razor where he was also aggressive and ended up cutting my left ear. No apology and he tried to play it off. In between this someone came in and talked to him. He left me for around 5 mins to go talk to a different WHITE client in which his mannerisms were completely friendly and different compared to how he treated me. After he went back to me and continued. Although i dont blame him for the result of my haircut in which i hate. I blame him for how he treated me. The way he cut my hair and didn't even ask me anything on how long I wanted it. I dont know who jack is and i dont care. All i know is if employees are like this he better find better people. Honestly the worst barber experience of my life and i came from a third world country. Youre better off going to M room or anywhere else but here. As some comments said 25€ is too much for this haircut snd service

Negatiivinen kokemus: been going there for a while but lately quality went down, even had to come back the same day and finish my cut as they forgot to cut 1 side properly and it was much longer than the other side. they did cut finally it but honestly 25e is a lot for a low quality cut, so i’d suggest looking for another place in the area

Positiivinen kokemus: Decent barbershop, nothing too fancy. Affordable price. The barbers skills are also fine. However there might be some problem with the attitude. I dont know what’s wrong with him that day but he was a bit grumpy. Didnt look too happy when asked to trim a bit more on the side. Other than that, an okay cut, would recommend if you want something simple and not too complicated

They’re skilled, friendly, responsive and well priced. I now plan my haircuts based on my visits to Helsinki. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

Negatiivinen kokemus: 1. I booked time with Jack because he has cut my hair once before, and i like it, but he was not there. 2. In Barber Shop I realized that I was removed for other barber. Another barber cut my hair and he didn't follow at all what I asked for. I wanted keep my long hair, especially infront, but suddenly my hair is short and with many mistakes everywhere. I was quite clear when I said that I want to keep enough long hair for put behind my ears and now it's long enough just for touching my eyes. I am not exaggerating if I say that I received the worst cut of my life. 3. Then later Jack wanted to solve the haircut somehow, it was a very difficult decision but I accepted under some conditions and he agreed with them. 4. When i was there for second time he didn't follow the conditions what he promised, so just came back to home promising myself that i will never come back again. There is no discussion about Jack's skills, he was also very polite and sorry about the situation. I got the money back as well. But it's not enough, I feel that the whole situation was very unprofessional.

Miellyttävä kokemus ja aivan loistavaa jälkeä sellaisella ammattitaidolla että työ näyttää vaivattomalta, joka kerta.
