I met Nick, we both laughed at the my son’s hair and he said “I got you”… he could see how bummed my son was and he immediately handled business and fixed what I thought was a hopeless situation! His professionalism, empathetic approach towards my son, and barber skills is why I chose to keep him as my son’s barber! I can text @nikfadez anytime and he responds quickly, schedules my son and makes getting a hair cut a smooth and easy process! As a single mom, I appreciate that customer service 100% and he always makes sure my son and I are happy with the cut before he leaves his chair! Experiencia negativa: Everything was fine until a barber charged me an extra $25 for messing up my haircut when I told him to fix it. I wanted a low fade he mistook my words for a taper fade and when I told him that's not what I wanted he charged me $25 more to fix up.

Experiencia negativa: I gave this place multiple chances. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I am beyond disappointed and upset. I have not only given one barber a chance but 2 of them. Appointments I have scheduled through their app have been canceled on my son the day of or as I was driving to the shop. I understand things come up but it’s been way too many time. It’s been very few times my son’s hair was cut on the day/time of the appointment. So why schedule clients?? I understand some of the barbers here are very young but their irresponsibility has given this place a bad name. I have to contact the barber prior to the appointment to make sure he will be there to then get a response with “I have to cancel” or “let me look at my schedule” which means I’m cancelling on you. I really wanted this to be our new go to place unfortunately it didn’t work out for us. Now to find a new reliable barber. Please don’t waste your time here because its really frustrating. I wish I could post all of the messages I have between these barbers so you all can see how their work ethic is.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve already gone twice to try and get a haircut and both times have been the same experience. I’m waiting for about 30 minutes and no one acknowledges me, The Barbers would be walking in and out And do not say anything, Then they walk in and go sit on the chair and still not say anything to me. I understand that appointments are First But Do not advertise “walk ins welcome” If no one is going to acknowledge You. This will be the last time I try To get a haircut at this barbershop.

Experiencia negativa: Last time I'll ever come to Rebirth. 30 min waiting, with nobody on the list in front of me. "Walk-In Welcome" must be some kind of inside joke. Never even acknowledged. Instead of asking if I need help, they'd rather play Xbox.... Front door says open at 9am... owner replies "we open at 10"... you all can go see for yourself how bad the business is. Don't just take my word for it. When quality and effort mean nothing, then a business is dead.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this barbershop because it is the best one in El Paso! i try to my best to stick to one barber but due to my brutal work schedule lately I can’t always get the same cut by the same barber and have to opt in for a last minute walk in but barbers like Nick for example, will always accommodate, understand and leave me fresh and looking alive again! Every barber in this shop is great in their craft so when I can’t stick to one I’m not worried because I know regardless I will be taken care of , highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: 0 stars. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I walked in waited for over an hour, no one acknowledged I existed until I said something. When I did they where very rude. I ended up getting the haircut and honestly Sports Clips has done a better job. These guys are unprofessional and where smoking THC and weed all day, don't bring your service or your kids here.

Took my son there to try out a new shop and we ended up just wasting our time. I probably would’ve waited had someone at least greeted us but no one even bothered to acknowledge that we were there or that someone would help us soon or ask if we had an appointment. No one said anything even as simple as a hello. I recommend no one going in as a walk in.

Tyrese the barber here at rebirthep had me waiting for 40 minutes after asking him how much longer he replied defensive telling me “ you can leave if you want to no one forcing you to stay” It was pretty disappointing and unprofessional being told that after being long time client.

I wanted 2 inches off the left side, he ends up cutting half my hair off, completely uneven. Also trims my hair line another inch higher than natural on the right side. 1 years worth of hair gone...

I actually have to go some where else to get it fixed. I got a $5 dollar haircut and paid $30 for it. Do not believe these reviews they just opened 5 months ago. Other barbers who have been around for years don’t even have that many reviews. Friends helping friends. definitely not from someone who cares about the way they look if they gave a good review.

They put me with nick and I couldn’t be happier. I rock a mullet and it’s difficult to find people here who know how to work with long curly hair. He did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. You all know how it`s going: New city and you can only trust the recommendations of others. And they were right about this barber studio. I came as a walk-in and got cut by Kim. I can only remember one fade that was barely as good as the one she made. It fits my head shape totally. Really appreciated her work and good talk.
