Experiencia fantástica: I never post reviews but I felt like it would be an injustice for me NOT to speak about my experience. Sarah is AMAZING!!! I am always pretty indecisive when it comes to what I want and even worse when it comes to explaining. That being said, Sarah saw the vision and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I couldn’t be happier with my haircut and beard trim. The focus, attention, and dedication she put in was without equal. Hands down, best cut I’ve ever had. I will 200% be coming back for another cut. If you’re reading this and what a top tier haircut/beard trim at a reasonable price, then go here. Ask for Sarah. You’re welcome!

Experiencia fantástica: We followed Paul here from another local shop. Paul has been cutting our 2.5 year olds hair for just shy of a year at this point. We tried several barbers before finding Paul, some that resulted in cuts behind the ears, or rushed and messy cuts. By the time we found Paul I was more anxious than my son, the last experience left him with some significant cuts, one of which left a scar. Paul pulled out each set of clippers he would be using and showed me on my own hand they wouldn’t cause cuts, even if my toddler moved unexpectedly. Paul has always been patient, kind, and takes his time. My little guy now looks forward to going to get his hair cut and always enjoys the experience. If you have a little one and you’re looking for someone to treat them with kindness and professionalism, I highly recommend Paul. Paul also cuts my husband’s hair and he does a good with that too.

Experiencia fantástica: We come out of our way to use this shop for our two son’s (currently 3 and 6). My oldest has always been afraid of haircuts and will scream and flail during the entire haircut, sometimes needing us to hold him securely. The barbers are always patient. Even the customers are kind. We dread haircuts, so when it came time to schedule the our most recent, we chose a less busy timeframe in the week go avoid disrupting Fredo’s customers. We had Kev, who was so patient and kind to my son. He talked to him, joked with him and reassured him the entire time. It was a great experience that had my son out of his shell and engaging in a conversation instead of lashing around. Kev’s patience and understanding was truly amazing and I am so thankful for his time and effort with my son. I know he is only in the shop until July, but I will most certainly use him until then. Thank you, Kev and to Fredo’s. We will continue to come to your shop! --2025 Update-- I'd thought I'd update this since it popped in my email. We still go to Fredo's! Still amazing service and my son who hated haircuts now adores them. We contribute that to this shop. They do amazing fades. <3

Experiencia negativa: Possibly the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. I'm genuinely embarrassed to be seen in public, especially with this being what I'll be seen as for my first time in college. It's almost as if the barber just did whatever he wanted. I asked for a 3 inch layered trim all around. Instead, the back was trimmed almost 5 inches and the front was left untouched save for all the volume being taken out. The job was rushed and I had terrible service. If you have long hair, do not go here. You may find better luck at Great Clips. Fredo does not know how to trim long hair. I would've liked him to at least tell me that BEFORE he messed me up so I could take my hair to a place that would respect it.

I skipped a little for a while because I was cheap and just shaved my head, but came back because it's a great business that employs great Barbers. With in the past 2 or so years Kevin became my barber. Like I said Fredo's was always great but Kevin stood out to me. He always gave me that fresh cut leaving me feeling ready to face the world. Then he did something that really touched my family and my heart. He took the time, and had the patience to give my autistic son the same fresh out look I have in life every time I go. This is what really sets Kevin apart from the rest. Yes he gives a very high detailed and quality cut, the best might I say. Now not only does my wife and I rave about my fresh look, but my son Weston constantly ask when is he gonna see "Kevin the haircut man." Experiencia negativa: I’ve been coming to fredos for years always never had a problem or long wait even as a walk in before I understand most of their business is ran through appointments but on this day I came into fredos at 10am as a walk in and they tell me there’s one guy ahead of me I think okay sit down you’ll be soon an hour goes by and 4 people have already went ahead of me no problem fredo says your next stick around will get you cut another hour rolls around and 2 more people have gone ahead of me so fredo will let his walk in just sit there all day and if they possibly have the time they will give you a cut I left having just wasted 2 hrs of time and went to Blend Masters right down the street who were happy to have me in there as a walk in and were able to get me in and out in less than an hour with no wait

All while my hair being uneven Wasted my money. Had to go somewhere else and cut all my hair off because of it

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment scheduled for 1020Am. I was called 5 minutes prior to my appointment by Bobby asking if I was coming to my appointment. I apologized and told him I thought it was at 1030 I was 5 min away or so with traffic. He said no rush don't get a ticket. I arrived at 1026.. 6 minutes after my scheduled appointment and someone was already in his chair.. Do not call a customer and verify if they are coming or running late and tell them you will wait and then dont.. great barber but terrible customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was our second visit with our son whose almost 3 and really hates getting his haircut. All the guys in the shop are super nice, supportive and companionate with our son during the hair cut process. We have had two different guys and both did an amazing job considering he fights, cries, flails and won't sit still the entire time. I have a lot of respect for them and their ability to work in a difficult and tense situation. Great operation and the quality of their cuts are top notch!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. I'm so glad that I found them three years ago. I've always had wonderful treatment from the staff and I've always received a great cut. I like that I'm able to set an appointment up two weeks in advance so I can make sure to get my cut when I need it. So glad I don't have to run around to different hair salons to try and get my haircut by a different person each time. I will continue to use them as long as they are still here. Also If you are looking to get your beard and mustache trimmed up they do a great job. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Experiencia negativa: I've been coming here for nearly 9 years now and I almost never made appointments because of the busy nature of my work. I will now take my time to write this review because of how poor the shop has become; Being turned away with 4 employees and 3 hours before closing and being told "We're pretty much done for today" is how you lose a long time customer. I've dropped up to $60 tips because of how much I love Fredo's guys but this is honestly just disappointing how you're forced to make and appointment for a basic cut now. If you're looking for something done quickly and swiftly don't come here, because you need to make an appointment 2 days in advance to just get a clean fade.

Experiencia positiva: I like it here for the most part. They are really detailed and seek perfection when cutting hair.. Lately it has been hard to schedule kid haircut appointments. They accept walk-ins but the wait can be up to 3 hours, so that's a big turn off. If you have an appointment, it is more like an appointment window. Sometimes you are seen 5 to 15 minutes after your window has closed. Now they only have 1 person that will accept kid appointments online. The others say to call and when you do, they tell you to just come in, but then you're a walk-in at that point and are expected to wait. So bring an iPad for the kids and headphones for yourself and be prepared to wait on busy days.

Joel was kind with my son and although they were about to close he managed to squeeze my son in last minute. I will definitely be taking my son to this barber shop again!

Sat there on a Sunday morning 2 barbers and 2 customers and I'm sitting and waiting. These barbers talked for 30 minutes before they put scissors to any customers hair..one hour and ten minutes later they still cutting the same 2 customers hair. I finally walked out. I'm sure the customers that where sitting getting the haircuts wanted to walk out to. If these guys cut hair this long I suggest you find another profession you not gonna make money like this..this customer will never step foot in this establishment and would never recommend it to no one.if I could rate it a zero..I would...first impression matter..and I had a horrible first impression..good luck with your proffesion..and hope you read the reviews and take the advice
