Experiencia fantástica: I actually haven't gotten my hair cut there yet, but I'm the guy that comes in and sharpens all their scissors and shears, and what I see when I'm there is a shop full of warm, kind folks who really engage with their clients. The folks here are just a pleasure to work with. I also see clients that are relaxed and happy. My position gives me a unique opportunity to observe their business and next time I'm in to sharpen, I'm definitely getting a cut and beard trim!

Experiencia negativa: So that was cool. I came in and asked for someone with experince with mollets cuz i need it for a memorial. They said yea. I told them i need it good and i would pay 100. Told him from the beginning i need 5 on top and maybe 2 on sides. I dont wanna be mad but what should i say? The atmosphere was cool. Im positive they can do good cuts but now i got to find somewhere to fix it

Experiencia negativa: My partner went in today to see Britney. The haircut itself was decent especially for the price… Britney however was extremely unprofessional. My partners first comment about his experience was that he was made very uncomfortable for the majority of his time there. Britney got on the topic of relationships, and quickly it turned to explicit detail of what her and her own partner do together. She then continued the conversation further and ended up badmouthing one of her coworkers. (The boss was standing right next to her and reprimanded her for badmouthing but didn’t say anything about the explicit comments) Overall I think the barbershop is a solid place, with good people, great local barber. The choice of staff and level of professionalism is the area that is lacking.

Experiencia negativa: i was 9 minutes late to an 5pm appointment because i was held up at work. apparently the barber has a 7min no show policy and wouldn’t make an exception even though i could see him still cutting his previous clients hair. i have never met someone so idiotic and full of themselves that they would refuse a client and pay just to make themselves feel important. the lady initially talked to was very nice and offered to cut my hair later in 30min or so but at that point i will just got somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been coming here for two years and always had a great experience with Cesar before he left. Unfortunately, after trying a new barber, Kyle M, my experience completely changed. Due to a misunderstanding, Kyle M ruined my hair on Christmas Eve. What was most disappointing was that other barbers present (Kyle W and Miguel) said nothing and went along with it instead of stepping in or addressing the issue. The lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking, especially for a shop I trusted

Experiencia fantástica: Bailey does not miss. Every time I sit in his chair, I walk out with the best haircut I’ve ever had — again. His consistency is unreal. Great guy, and the shop is a super friendly environment. Alongside Bailey, Miguel always delivered clean cuts, and I’ve always appreciated the skill and care he brought to every visit. We catch up every time I come in for a cut! I appreciate these guys!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent cut he crafted my hair painstakingly with aircraft precision. He was an expert he actually trimmed the temple area to a new level of cool. The quality of the whole service was phenomenal. My only critique is the lighting can be very bright, depending on where you are coming from. Barbershops are sacred grounds I felt welcomed. Best cut of 2020s geared to win.

Experiencia negativa: I've brought my teenage son here a few times and have not been impressed yet. They don't seem to know how to properly use shears for the top of the head. They use texturizing shears to give a choppy uneven look, call it a low taper fade, & charge $40 for it. No, thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: This barbershop does good quality cuts - no issues with ability. Question for the barbers that view this: I just retired from the Marines after 20 years. All I know is getting a medium skin fade once a week for the last 20 years. Having longer hair and a beard is very new to me. Along with a picture, how do I properly articulate the haircut and beard trim I want without disrespecting a barber? Is it faux pas to show a barber a picture of the desired look? I just dunno whats proper haha . I came in and got a haircut - I am not dissatisfied at all - not a knock on barber at all. hair grows back. I probably wasnt clear on exactly what I wanted. What should I do next time when I come in ? I want to be a better customer for whoever cuts my hair. I look forward to returning and making Prime Fades my forever barbershop! I haven't had to wait more than five minutes as a walk-in, but I tend to show up during the middle of the week. I recommend.

Guy was rude too., I asked for the back of my neck to get cleaned up and for a beard trim/ line up, mofo brought out all the tools of the trade and gave me haircut I didn't ask for, ruined my beard too.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this location ain't got cut by a man named Caesar. First off just because he looks African-American does it mean that he knows how to cut African-Americans hair. (Let's start there) Then he asked you what you want you tell him and he argues with you what a bald fade is he had the audacity to argue with me how about what I want on my head. The widow's peak that have been growing on the back of my head for years he cut it off and no one asked him to and he didn't even ask I didn't ask for a box fade I didn't ask for a high top fade I asked for a low-cut bald fade. When I figure out how to upload a picture I most definitely will cuz this is not a low-cut bald fade by any means necessary

Experiencia fantástica: Look, I'm a parent of four, my girlfriend has two others. Hair Masters, Sports Clips, whatever chain serve their purpose, so I'm not trying to hate. But when it's time for your kid to grow up, and that a haircut is basically a custom made suit, Prime Fades represents. I took my oldest the other day, and he said it's easily the best cut he's ever had, I agree. Stylists are cool as hell, and will follow your lead for conversation, leaving it open for you to join, or sit back and enjoy your new fade.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Miguel this past weekend and he did an *amazing* job! I have a somewhat unique haircut and texture, and always get nervous trying a new shop. I'm very glad I went with Prime Fades. Miguel was so attentive to getting my haircut to perfection, and he worked really well with my super thick hair. He was very enthusiastic about his work and made great conversation too! The prices are really good too -- expect $30-35 for a regular barber cut. Definitely will be coming back!

Experiencia positiva: ***Updated review*** I went to schedule my appointment with Tawfique this morning and realized he's not on the schedule. I reached out to him personally and confirmed he's not there anymore. What I initially liked about this shop is that it wasn't super ghetto like lots of others. It was relatively nice by comparison. But... maybe 3 or 4 months ago, possibly longer, I came in and the front door was boarded up. Someone vandalized it. Okay, you have to board it up until it gets repaired. But the door is still not fixed and it looks terrible. There's no excuse for that. I mean, come on, even "Chop It Up" would fix their door. When your barbers leave because they expect the owner to maintain the shop and the standard, and he doesn't do that, there's a pretty big problem. It's usually indicative of someone losing sight of their initial plan and vision for becoming a small business owner. Unfortunately with growth, typically money becomes King and everything else is secondary. Employees and customers aren't the driving force anymore. So, I salute you Tawfique. You are a principled man. I hope that the owner comes to his senses and stops being a tightwad cheapskate and fixes the door.
