Experiencia fantástica: I have been getting my hair cut here for the past couple years now; the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Not one bad experience comes to mind for me. It’s also conveniently close to Highway 43, so you’ll have a relatively easy time getting there. If you’re in the Green Bay area, I would recommend going here for your haircut needs. They’re great folks and will work with you to find a look that works!

Experiencia positiva: I don't want to beat this place up too much, and I was a good customer for them. But I won't be going back there because of appt times. The time I wait past my scheduled time is officially frustrating and is simply disrespectful now. I had a 4:20 appt tonight. Rushed out of the house to make it, and I am never late to my appts. Tonight, yet another 25 minute wait past my appt time was the straw that broke the camels back. When I first started coming, 5 to 10 minutes was common and I am fine with that, but a 25 minute wait past appt time is now a pattern and trend. The past number of times I have endured exhausting wait times and don't feel my time matters to them. For all I know my wait was going to be over 25 minutes tonight but this time I got up, pointed at my watch indicating I am leaving, and walked out. Appt times are a two way street in which both parties should be honoring them. The Barbershop simply does not respect your time. I have been tolerant in the past, but tonight that tolerance has run its course. So I have to now find a new place which will respect my appt time as I do for them. I really don't feel it is too much to ask or to expect.

Experiencia negativa: I'm not really pleased with this place. The hair cut for my nephew turned out fine. But we scheduled a 620 appointment, came in 5 minutes early. And didn't get taken back till 645. What is the point of scheduling when you have to wait anyway.

Prices have gone up over the years but I was always told that it went directly to the stylists so I completely support that. I highly recommend Danielle. Experiencia negativa: This location is unable to respect agreed to appointments even though their appointment policy clearly states respecting them by arriving early or on time. No warning of them running late or behind upon arrival. Yet again I arrived 11 min early for my appointment and checked in, more than 20 min past my appointment with no acknowledgement. I ended up leaving without a haircut.

Experiencia negativa: there is not a single person working here from the last time I got a haircut. Apparently it’s such a terrible place to work Nobody wants to stay there.. Either way haircuts are inconsistent at best terrible at worst. If you truly don’t care at all about what you hair does then it’s probably a good place.

Experiencia negativa: Wanted me to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Texted later to pretend they didn’t know when my appointment was. Then just said sorry and offered nothing, so not sure what the text was for. I had been seeing the same person for over 2 years and was giving her a 100% tip every time. Not sure how she was willing to let me walk out without at least trying to hand me off to someone else.

Experiencia negativa: I've been waiting to post this feedback for a while, but after experiencing other services in Green Bay, I would like to put my sense out there in case you wonder about your service. I took my boys to this place for over 4 years, while they didn't require a very detailed haircut, it was always someone new or the haircuts were very inconsistent and over priced. About two months ago, I took my teenager for his hair, the hairdresser was experienced and had cut his hair previously. He wanted to do something more well done than in previous years. She literally took 5 minutes to do his hair and it was all over the place. He was crying as soon as we got in the car. To make the matter worst, she said that she could retouch his hair the following day, if we wanted to! Nevertheless, the most disappointed $45 dollars I have paid. Thankfully, we now have an excellent barber who is professional, attention to details, and CHEAPER!

Experiencia positiva: 1st time here and when I walked in to check in the pink haired girl told me I wouldn’t get “some services” because I was 5mins late. I straight up asked “V” if she wasn’t going to provide me services and she was really cool about it. Idk what was up with the other girl but V took care of me and gave me a decent cut. She didn’t allow me to see the back which was not lined up and that’s fine. Overall the customer service was terrible right out the gates. V did nick my ear which didn’t feel good, even bled a little bit. Never had that happen to me before. In summary, don’t be a minute late or they will threaten to not give you full service, don’t always trust your barber they could nick you at anytime, and the haircut is legit.

Experiencia positiva: It's alright if you need a haircut. I went here because my regular barber was busy. They did an alright job but I didn't like the way my hair looked yeah it was cut but the styling wasn't there it felt very plain.

Experiencia fantástica: I live in a small town and go to the local barber I’ve gone to for years. Long story short, my local barber botched my haircut again. So I run into Green bay and go to The Barbershop. I knew they did strait razor cuts and was hoping they could fix my botched haircut. I walk in and the woman behind the counter listened to my concerns. She got me in 20 minutes later with V. As soon as I sat down in the chair, V went right to work and somehow fixed my horrendously bad haircut. Thank you to The Barbershop of Green Bay.

Experiencia fantástica: Veronica was my stylist yesterday. She did a great job. It was my first time getting my beard shaped. I explained I was very nervous to have anyone cut it because I want to grow it out big but I want it to look nice in the process. She was very considerate and professional the whole time. I also made note that this establishment is capable of beard shaping NOT just trimming as I found mentioned on their website. The price was just slightly higher than comparable nearby establishments, BUT I believe it was worth the extra $5 to have the service I was provided. I will be returning monthly to receive the same cut from here on out (hopefully with Veronica again). You can see my before and after pictures below. I certainly recommend The Barbershop East.

Experiencia negativa: Won’t be back due to lack of attention to detail. I get a simple cut (1 guard buzz cut or fade to a 1 on top) and last two times (different barbers) they’ve left several long hairs on my head and neck. Quality barbers don’t do this. I shouldn’t have to go back over their sloppy work at home. My suggestion would be to take your time and make sure to double check for long hairs when giving short cuts. Felt like a waste of gas, time, and money. Will take my business to a more professional barbershop moving forward.

Experiencia positiva: Got a quick haircut and shampoo. Almost too fast for my tastes. This is a time for me to relax and between the cut and hot towel and shampoo I was in and out in 15 minutes. I enjoy getting my hair washed, it's very relaxing and it just felt cut short. The haircut was great and I think this establishment is great, it's just not for me. I would try it if you're looking for a nice haircut and short on time.

Experiencia negativa: I hate to leave a negative review, but I went in for a trim recently with the longest hair I've had in a really long time (by design and this is how I was liking it) but somehow "a little off the top" turned into walking out feeling like I got a buzz cut. An absolute 180 of what I wanted. Of course it's not the end of the world, but it was not at all what I was looking for, and now I have to weather the storm for a few weeks while my hair tries to fill in again. Fortunately this was 6 weeks before my wedding and not 6 days. You shouldn't dread looking in the mirror after a haircut. Sadly this was not the first time this has happened. I think I have to go elsewhere moving forward.

One of our sons had been letting his hair grow for about 18 months, and his stylist helped him choose a shorter cut that would look good on him and be easy to take care of, and did an excellent job with making it happen. Here i get a great haircut, hot towel on my face, shampoo and conditioner, and a shoulder massage. Are you kidding me, theres no choice here. They got a customer for life. Only thing, make sure you book an appointment otherwise its a long wait, which isn't even that bad, they got leather chairs, big tv, and peanuts for you to snack on.

I had her fix the uneven area twice. After I got a wash and the my hair was still lopped sided. At the end of all of this I still had to pay full price. I would rather get my haircut by my mom if this were the case going forward!
