Experiencia negativa: Ok haircut but lady at the front is not honest. They raised their prices way too much, lady at the front tells you one price then charges you more at the end she says “it’s because you’re paying with a debit card” she never said the price depends on which payment method you use. Very expensive and not honest people. Used to come here but not worth it anymore. You can get a better haircut elsewhere for 45 dollars. Also they charge you extra fee for paying with a debit card which is illegal in California . They r scammers beware

Experiencia fantástica: I was there when @joey bourque got his haircut. The haircut actually looked good and he was very disrespectful to the barbers. It seemed there was a miscommunication on what he wanted and was not well communicated to the barber. They even let him leave without paying.

Experiencia negativa: Barber shop lied about my barber being on vacation and mentioned one of the other barbers remembered my haircut but turned out she doesn’t work there anymore so they completely lied and the barber they had cut my hair completely messed up my hair doing a high fade in the back when I said specifically I do not want that. It’s now been twice their barbers have messed up my hair

I genuinely feared I was making a terrible decision by going to a brand new barber before such a big day and maybe that is true but I’m thankful for the questionable decision-making that led me to Kevin’s barbershop that night. The moment Julio started cutting my hair I knew I was in the hands of a master. I had never received complements for my haircut until Julio lined me up nice that very night. Kevin’s Barbershop provides immaculate and consistent haircuts, I would definitely recommend. Experiencia negativa: First time coming, I show a picture to the barber (older man with glasses, white hair, and tattoos) he takes a look at it for a second, then cuts the taper way too high, and doesn’t cut enough off the sides. I had to keep showing him the photo and politely ask to cut more off. 45 min into the haircut and I’m left with the weirdest hair situation ever that I don’t know how to fix, an clearly he doesn’t either. After about an hour, he decided to literally chop off my hair in what seemed to be frustration and pure negligence. I kid you not chops it off, didn’t even communicate before how much he’d cut. On top of that, he started talking to another patron and clearly didn’t care about my haircut. At the end I told him it was too short and replied with, “It’ll grow back.” That’s how you treat a new customer who’s paying $50?? I was being so respectful and apologizing. Kevin, you need to have a serious talk with that barber or fire him. I can’t trust this place to come back knowing you hire people like that.

Ever since the rebrand, kevin either just seems too busy or doesn't care as much as he used to. he used to barely make mistakes. now you go in and he'll miss small details here and there on your haircut. the overall quality just isn't the same anymore. keep in mind this has been happening for the last 6 months and i let it slide so many times because i thought i was the problem so i came in at different times even when he's not that busy and it's the same thing
