3 months ago Experiencia negativa: I paid $46 for a zero fade and was in and out in 20 minutes. The fade wasn’t blended at all and maybe 10 of those minutes were actually spent on the haircut. The rest was on the neck shave/shampoo/etc. At the very least I shouldn’t have been made to pay the higher price for an unblended fade. Even the website says it’s a 45 minute cut. The other place I go to doesn’t even shampoo and they spend 30-40 minutes on my hair, mostly on the fade, and they charge less. I’ll be paying them to fix it next week.

Caused so much drama in my marriage by keeping him as a client and continuing to Snapchat him, text him and Facebook him instead of cutting him off. STILL keeps him as a client despite being VERY unprofessional!

6 months ago Experiencia positiva: I brought my son here for the first time today. Everyone was so nice and got him back quickly even though we were a walk in. However we showed the lady a pic of what we were wanting knowing it wouldn’t be exact because pic person had way more hair than my son but we wanted a close fade which could’ve been done along with shorter hair ontop. She told him he was done first time and she had to take him back because his hair was still way too long. Second time it was better but then I noticed she missed hair on the side of his head behind his hears on both sides. Finally he was “done” he had hair all over him from the cut and she didn’t style his hair at all. Didn’t even offer to do anything extra for him. I’m still not pleased with the way his hair looks. Very poor work in my opinion. Unfortunately we won’t go back I’ll have to look for a different salon.

I came in for some much needed self care that I haven't done for myself for years. This location and my stylist gain a new customer because of how I got treated and how fresh I felt after I was done. 10 months ago Experiencia negativa: Think Great Clips with a hot towel, shampoo, and Classic Rock (sometimes). Not sure how this place remains in business with the few barbers they employ, but somehow they manage to keep the lights on. It's basically Great Clips or SuperCuts quality, but with a hot towel on your face and a shampoo, resulting in a cost that's double (or triple) the price of the other places. As with most places, the barbers are hit-or-miss, with some producing decent results, and some not-so-great. You may have to work your way around the chairs over several visits until you find someone that understands the look you were hoping to achieve. When you make an appointment online, you can expect - not exaggerating - several text messages and emails asking you to confirm your appointment. When you show up on time, don't be surprised to find the barber running 20-30 minutes behind. Guessing this is due to their business model of booking appointments back-to-back without giving the barber a break in-between. This place is a shell of its former self. Whether it was new owners or new management, things changed, and it wasn't for the better. The cool vibe is gone. Been going there for years, but I wouldn't recommend either Huntsville location, anymore. I may go back in a few months to see if things have improved, but I'm sure I can find a mediocre haircut without the towel, shampoo, and excessive appointment confirmation requests for half the price in the meantime.

11 months ago Experiencia negativa: Horrible first impression. Booked an appointment online 48 hours in advance. Got a call 5 hours before appointment to let me know they don't have any stylists available. I've never actually gotten a haircut here but I won't be getting one ever now.

1 year ago Experiencia positiva: My shave was ok but my stylist was deep in conversation with her coworkers for my entire shave. It felt like I was secondary & her coworker conversation was primary. Friendly advice. Focus on the customer in your chair. Chit chat with your coworkers in between clients.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Decided to try it out on recommendation from a friend. Showed up 10 minutes early for a 5:30 appointment I made with “Any available stylist”. Was told when I arrived that they were running 15 minutes behind, Fine I’ll wait. At 6:00 I left. All I got was a text cancelling my appointment. No offer of reschedule, discount, etc. Why would I even consider going back? I guess I’m not a regular, so they don’t care. Poorly run shop.

When I first booked, I looked for the stylist who had the least amount of openings so I knew who was in the highest demand. That person was Vy! She has been nothing short of spectacular from day one. Her attention to detail is top notch. This has shown in her work and her attitude towards her customers. She listens to me every time like it's my first visit, is kind, courteous and makes you feel relaxed during the appointment. Can't say enough great things about her! The salon itself is great too as they are in a new location and have updated their look and theme.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Asked for ONE inch off the front, told the lady cutting my hair I had a big forehead before starting AND I had a picture of what I wanted. She took off 3 inches bruh. I look like an egg now. Lady said “it’ll grow back” as she continued to cut more off the top after saying I wanted it touching the eyebrows like you can’t make ts up. Not even close to the picture either. She might as well have said “nah imma do my own thing.” Guy next to me also didn’t like his cut I was tryin so hard not to laugh the whole time bc his stylist just kept cutting more and more off lmao . Also the lotion or whatever mine used straight up BURNED man like my neck is red but that’s whatever. Also, the haircut was FORTY DOLLARS!?!? But yeah legit not a single good hair salon in Madison county like ion even know what to say anymore.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Kristen did am amazing job! This was my first time at Roosters, and the first time I had my haircut by a different barber in over 5 years. My previous barber passed away, and I had no idea how she cut my hair so perfectly each time. I didn't have much to give Kristen, but she worked with me to figure things out. She was very patient and worked with me until we figured it out. Now I have my perfect hair cut and the place to get it going forward. Thank you Kristen and Roosters!
