Experiencia negativa: Sat there for an hour as multiple people would get seen before me. I was not acknowledged once or given any sort of wait time so I just left. Will not be returning here. Why offer the option of a walk in when you set no expectations outside of that? I would’ve rather just made an appointment for another day if I knew how long it would be. They’ve raised prices significantly over the years but the quality has not improved at all. Do not waste your time here and just go somewhere else.

Did my hair, my beard, hair and scalp treatment with a nice scalp massage that was putting me to sleep in the chair all with a hot face towel that felt amazing. Then we did a hot lather neck shave and a neck and shoulder massage! I expected a rather hefty price tag for that outstanding service... The price was unbeatable!! Go to Lady Jane's for top of the line service and quality at unbeatable prices!!

I was the first one there and they were several minutes late opening the front door. I checked in, sat down and at least two other people who came and asked me without appointments were taken first After waiting 15 minutes. I let them know that I was leaving because I had An appointment and they failed to provide any service. Not the optimal way to start out a customer relationship!So

Shes so knowledgeable and professionsl she will be your goto.. call ahead to schedule so you don't risk waiting since they get booked up daily or you can just walk in.

To my surprise, I didn't just find that, I discovered what I believe to be the best beard trimmer on the West Coast of FL. My search led me to Lady Jane’s on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard in Clearwater, and that felt like fate. When I walked into Lady Jane’s, as fate would have it, Sarah Tranita walked up and greeted me. I explained what I was looking for and she said she could take care of me. Sarah was extremely professional, a master at straight blade shaving and beard grooming, and perfectly suited for my hair and beard needs. Sarah has been cutting my hair and trimming my beard ever since, and I couldn’t be happier. To me, Sarah delivers a genuine five-star experience. I feel lucky to call her both my hairstylist and friend. I trust her completely and have confidently referred her to my close friends and family. In fact, when my brother-in law recently came over, I didn’t even ask why his beard looked perfect, I just knew Sarah had worked her magic, and she had.

They were too busy to acknowledge a walk-in, or even to say "hi, we're booked up at the moment, but we'd love to schedule you...." NOTHING. My 76 yr old dad, who walks with a cane and can't stand for long periods just stood and then sat there for 30 minutes. He finally came back out to the parking lot and sadly said: let's go. We'll do the haircut another day, somewhere else. I'm too tired now." Flashy front. Horrible manners.

Experiencia negativa: They provided my husband with a service he didn’t even ask for, and when they asked him to pay for it, he understandably refused, saying he didn’t request that service. They agreed not to charge him. However, two days later, he noticed on his bank statement that they had ended up charged him for that service. Naturally, he went back to get the extra charge refunded. The first time, they sent him away, saying the manager wasn’t there and only the manager could authorize a refund. Two days later, he returned to speak with the manager, but they sent him away again, saying he needed to apply for the refund online. This is completely unacceptable. First, they charged him for a service he never asked for but ended up getting, and now they’re refusing to give him his money back!

Experiencia negativa: I have been here two times. It says they accept walk-ins. The first time I came, I wanted to sit and wait for the next available stylist. They were all busy, but I had no problem waiting. When someone finally came up to greet me, I told them my intention and the lady said “we might not be able to cut your hair. Try making an appointment next time..” The problem here is the customer service. A group of stylists all looked at me crazy like I had my head cut off because I walked in without an appointment. The website says they accept walk-ins. Also, They don’t answer the phone. They purposely make it an automated phone system, and a human will never answer. I tried calling ahead to let them know I was coming. Finally the stylist Jackie came up from the back and offered to cut my hair when she was done with her current appointment. I sat and waited, and Jackie did a phenomenal job cutting my hair. I want to make it clear, JACKIE GETS 5 STARS. The second time I attempted to come here I showed up around 5 PM on a day that they close at 6 PM. The open sign was illuminated on the building, but when I tried to open the door, it was locked shut And the people inside would not open it they looked at me and said no… This is absolutely ridiculous for a business, especially if they want to be considered professional. They seriously need to fix the hours if they’re not gonna be open when they say they are And someone who is in charge of management needs to teach Some of their employees customer service skills.

Experiencia positiva: Been going there monthly for a long time now. However a couple of times I have been overcharged by 2 different stylists. Last week the lady made me pay an additional $15 for a shampoo massage I did not requested (only the regular shampoo which is no extra cost), and on the top of that she said her card machine did not work so I had to insert my card again. Now my bank account has been debited twice so I have to go back there and dispute it. The service is good, just make sure if you only want a regular haircut that you made that clear otherwise they will upsell you.

Experiencia negativa: Ive been here quite and few times, I normally have Lois cut my hair, which she does phenomenal, however the lady who cut my hair this time around did not listen to me at all, I like my hair long and I told the stylist to cut the front back from my eyes and she cut the whole top off making and made my haircut look horrendous, im very disappointed and upset and I cant even fix it, will only get Lois if I do decide to go back.

She got angry over hearing my conversation with my barber and decided it was her place to come tell me to shut up. My barber and I were discussing BUSINESS, the things I have gone through. Me and my barbers EXPERIENCE in business was being talked about. If Lois doesn't like the truth of how things work than she should try to change the truth. She should not get angry and tell anyone who pays $100 a visit to shut up. We all have the RIGHT to discuss anything we like within reason. She has NO BUSINESS getting herself involved in anyone else's business/ conversation. This place has been going downhill for the past year I'd say. She definitely isn't helping at all. I will NOT be going back any time she's on the clock. I have been going to this store since the grand opening. My freedom of speech will not be silenced by this woman who should have minded her own business.

A couple of the stylist are upsellers without ensuring you know you’re paying, basically you need to ask if everything requires a price and it should not be that way. It has only happened with two of them.

HOWEVER, my husband and I both have now been in 3 times each and with a different stylist each time, and not one time have we left feeling happy and confident in the way we looked. We both asked for what other people have told us is pretty normal and "easy" cuts or styles to do, and all 6 stylist in total have let us down. With all this being said they do have 2 or 3 stylists who are awesome at what they do but they are always booked with appointments and don't have the time for walk ins. A lot of people love this place and leave there VERY happy. This was just our personal expirience.

Experiencia negativa: The absolute WORST experience I have ever had in getting my haircut in the last 35 years. I grew my hair out for over two months (my hair is getting harder to grow and is thinning) I finally got it to the length I wanted and I showed Darienne a picture of how I wanted to style my hair. She said “well you hair is pretty much already that length — well in the picture his might be a little longer” I said yes I don’t want anything off the top, I just want the sides cleaned up a little and there were two small spots on top that needed a little hair off but not much. I wanted my beard done as well. She knew EXACTLY what I wanted and she even said my hair was the length I needed to pull off that hair cut. She took a ton off the top but left the sides long and then rounded the entire back side of my head WHAT IN THE WORLD!!!? My hair was almost exactly how I wanted it when I walked into the place - but then when I walked out— it was literally everything I didn’t want in a haircut. How… HOW in the world can you butcher such a haircut when literally all you had to do was lightly clean up the sides and just touch up two little spots that didn’t need but a tiny bit of cutting. My hair is thinning… and at the end she told me my hair is so thick so she had to thin it out She knew I was not happy with the haircut and before she actually even finished, she said “do you just want to stop here!?” I am .. honestly I have.l no more words besides .. wow. Some people just need to pick better fitting careers. Maybe it was a bad day… maybe she was just having a moment- no idea but this tops the cake as the worst haircut I’ve ever had. It is now too short on top and too thinned out to even style. Beyond aggravated. I am posting pictures of what I requested and what she gave me… I WISH I had a picture of how long it was and what it looked like before she cut it. Her thinning shears (which I have absolutely no reason why she felt the need to thin my hair as she said at the end my hair was too thick) destroyed the top of my head. The location is clean, staff is friendly all around. Can get a basic haircut all the way up to being pampered like a king. 5 stars deffinately reccomend Lish and Lady Jane's.

Have been coming to Lady Janes since their location in St. Pete, after moving to Clearwater we were pleased to find one so close. The entire staff are professional and do a great job. Was here on Saturday morning on 9/09 at 10:30 and Brittany did a fantastic job and gives the best neck rub when applying the hot towel for a neck shave. Looking forward to coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a few ideas and collaborated with Piper who was very helpful in coming up with a style that would make me look my best. She did a great job and educated me on the type of hair I had and what products to use for styling. I will definitely be returning!
