Mehrdad, we’re truly sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your experience. However, to clarify, there are absolutely no trainees at our shop — every one of our barbers holds a master barber license and years of professional experience.

It’s possible there may have been a language barrier during your visit, and we always do our best to communicate clearly and meet every client’s expectations. Also, when someone gets a haircut only once every 8–9 months, the change can understandably feel like a bigger adjustment than expected.

That said, our only goal is for every client to leave fully happy and confident with their service. Please don’t hesitate to stop by the location where you received your haircut — we’ll gladly refund your $25 or offer you a complimentary service to make things right. We genuinely care about our clients and want you to leave satisfied.
