Experiencia fantástica: An amazing experience! I am disabled and visibly queer (trans masc). I use a rollator, a cane, and a pair of in ear volume aids when in public spaces. Also, I have a stutter, so communicating can be a difficult task for me. Due to this, I sometimes use ASL as an alternative form of communication. As you can imagine, I am often confronted by ableism when I’m out and about. This barbershop was a safe space for me. My hairdresser/barber, Andre, was kind, friendly, and accommodating! He made me feel extremely comfortable and continuously checked in with me throughout the haircut. My hair looks amazing, and I got to share smiles and laughter with my stylist! I would recommend this shop to any local queer or disabled person looking for a great haircut and genuine hospitality!

Very few things remind me of the great memories of my childhood, this shop is one of them. These Elite barbers were able to take a walk-in near closing bringing in two kids! ( see photos). Conversations, old school sons playing in the background, and reasonable pricing now make this my routine shop for a newbie in the Cleveland area.

Will be coming back and will always recommend for women and me. The shop is all around very warm and welcoming of everyone men and women. Update: A year later I still get my haircut by Dre'. Experiencia fantástica: Got a shave and a fade from Rassan (Old Soul). Nice light touch on the shave, and he knows how to do a bald fade well. Can you get a cheaper cut at some crappy chain? Sure, but quality matters, and none of those sub $20 haircut retail corporations does a straight razor face shave, and half the time, your fade will be choppy, and have a visible line all the way around your head.
