Jackie made the trim an experience not just a service. The white noise of the shop was silenced with every lotion and hot towel she put on my face. I just got a beard trim and it was nice. Hot towel treatment and all the oils and balm to go with it. Highly recommend !!

Today, I go to walk in, because online said they were booked, and they wouldn't see me. They even advertise walk-ins welcome. And I'm a regular customer, strictly for a beard trim. I will not come back here.

Having been asked if something was the same length during the cut was a welcomed surprise, I have had few barbers that take my own opinion into account, and now I realize that’s just common sense. 6 months ago Experiencia negativa: Never in my life had faster haircut lol 30$ for haircut for less then 10min . To be more precise 8min , checked on my phone. Zero attention on details, no fade , no questions, not even hair drying , left with soaked wet hair . I didnt care i just wanted to leave . Sometimes i feel bad for people putting so much effort in their work and get paid same or less . Not recommending this place .

We created this quick haircut for our clients who are on the go and don't have time for our signature haircut service. My barber was most polite and asked questions to find out what I wanted. And then told me everything he was doing before he did it. Best barber I’ve been to in a long time. 7 months ago Experiencia negativa: Leroy was good to me the entire haircut but he did mess up some of my fade. I wanted to like it but he seemed off during the process, going elsewhere next time. You charge too much to leave with a bad haircut.

8 months ago Experiencia positiva: Been here a couple times I got mixed opinions on this place. That day, I got a cut and someone (i'm not gonna disclose the name) made my cut real uneven. A part with different length on both sides, and uneven fades on both sides. How do you make such fundamental errors - y'all need to watch who you let in, not any regular joe should be responsible in cutting someone's hair and ruining their day. On the other hand, shoutout to Randall. I walked in once with a messed up cut from another place, but Randall salvaged my cut and made it work.

8 months ago Experiencia negativa: I came in for a haircut, was easy to get an appointment and the guy that cut my hair was decent. I noticed halfway through the haircut he’d been drinking and had a cup that he would keep sipping out of. Your place is easy to get into and good people but you shouldn’t let people drink on the job. I left with some spots missing the clippers. Not good for business.

I had only learned about Rooster''s recently- even though they've been around a few years here. Bex gave me a great fade. She.is very detailed with her craft and I got a sharp looking haircut . The hot towel on tne face was super relaxing. Highly recommend Bex and Rooster's.

11 months ago Experiencia negativa: I booked an appointment online with Bobby since he had cut my hair so well in the past. I drove all the way from Bixby to to my appointment. I check -in at the desk and the girl states “ Okay , have a seat and Stephanie will be with you!” I stated that I had an appointment with Bobby. She said “Oh! He doesn’t work here anymore!” I stated “I guess I don’t get my haircut here anymore!”This business didn’t have the common decency to let someone know that their stylist no longer worked there. All it took was a phone call from a manager to give the client the opportunity to decide whether or not to continue going to this location. Instead they took it upon themselves to just reschedule me with someone that I had never seen before.
