Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. It is a bit expensive but it is worth it specially for some special occasions hair do. It was Nick who was my barber and it was his only second day. I know, even I came to know it midway but the new look he gave me was very commendable. He is new and has great intent to learn. Really a good guy and has good manners. I would recommend going there and specifically ask for Nick. Overall, a great experience. Worth every buck!

I came here to get a haircut and straight razor shave before my wedding and have gotten a few shaves since. It is a nice treat that if in budget I would recommend for the relaxing experience.

Experiencia negativa: I entered this "barbershop" while visiting phoenix. The environment not like any other barbershop I've entered. Person up front was somewhat helpful but since I wasn't a regular seemed like I was treated differently. I sat in the last chair with a female barber. The whole time I sat there it was like sitting in a library. Not a very welcoming environment. Paid over 50 dollars for a haircut and a beard trim. Returned to our hotel for my wife to tell me I had a line all the way around my head. I returned to the shop and made the lady upfront aware of my displeasure with the cut. Never once did they apologize for the inconvenience. I was sat back with the original barber. Trying to dissappear the line was quite brutal with her digging into my scalp. As a barber of over 20 years this shop doesn't even come close to what a barbershop should be.

I have been to many barbers in Phoenix area, and this was by far the best experience, and cut I have had. I will be going back to Issac to get my haircuts from now on!

Beautifully appointed, clean as can be, each station equipped with every tool and potion there is, hot lather, hot towels, and straight razors, neck massagers, with uniformed barbers, each with crisp haircuts, low key TVs, a pool table, minimal chit chat pressure and no chittering women. (Sorry, ladies, but this is a barber shop, not a beauty parlor.) I’m bald with a beard and my guy, Angel Martinez, did a meticulous and professional job. With a generous tip I paid $77, and would have paid more. This is a place where men are pampered by men and it is not at all weird or uncomfortable. Just like the old days (and, at 72, I know about the old days.) Bravo, gentlemen.

She listened carefully making sure she understood exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. After less than satisfactory experiences at other area barbers, I am extremely pleased with her work and will continue to schedule with her as long as I have my beard. From the impressive men’s barbershop atmosphere to the barber, it was a great experience. I’ll be back when in the area again. The haircut was top notch. The surprise bonus at the end of the haircut - the barber pulled out a hand massage device and massaged my neck and shoulders. I didn’t want to leave!

Experiencia negativa: Had a 2:30 appointment today with Angel at the Chandler Pavilions location. I asked for a trim that left 1/2” of hair on the sides transitioning into 4” on top. The man gave me a jarhead haircut! I’m writing this review in the parking lot & everyone leaving has the same cut! I guess they’re a one cut only shop. I have never been so infuriated! This will take months to grow back!

They looked about the same but the pool table at the one on 54th and Ray is a nice touch. My cut came out exactly as expected if not better. I have been getting a hair cut once a week for about a year now. I like the clean feeling. I definitely recommend this shop and will for sure be back myself.

Experiencia negativa: Barber started out correctly sloping the sides of a "medium cut" as I requested, with a part on one side, and combed back on the other. But along the, the cutting became way too close to the sides of my head, from ear up to the part line. In 2 months, I'll try again elsewhere.

That said, I normally get fades but recently spent a few months growing my hair out and came in to have it trimmed and cleaned up at V's based on the string of recent good reviews I'd found online. Troy took a look at what I wanted, asked me some questions, and then did his thing while checking in with me throughout the process.
