Experiencia negativa: We brought our child for a haircut, and unfortunately the result was not acceptable. The front bangs were clearly uneven, which we noticed after washing at home. When we returned the next day to show the issue, the response felt indifferent rather than understanding. Being asked “what do you want?” instead of hearing a simple apology was disappointing. All we expected was a bit of empathy and professional communication. Given the situation, we requested a refund and chose not to have the haircut corrected again. For parents, especially with children, respectful attitude and accountability matter as much as the haircut itself. Sadly, this experience fell short on both. Update in response to the business’s reply… Yes, my son’s haircut was definitely done at your shop. On December 31, 2025, around 12:50 PM, I made the payment at your business using my card. After the haircut, we stopped at a few places and then went home. The stylist applied hair product after the cut, which is why I only noticed the uneven haircut after my son took a shower at home. I returned to your shop around 7:30 PM the same evening, but you were already closed. If you review your security camera footage, you will clearly see us in front of your business at that time. I then returned again on January 2 at approximately 12:30 PM. If you review your camera recordings from that visit, you will not only see me present, but you will also be able to observe the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior that followed when I raised the issue. Additionally, a young staff member—who had no direct involvement in the haircut—displayed inappropriate behavior in front of my children, which was particularly unacceptable. After that experience, we had no choice but to visit another nearby shop, “V’s Barber Shop.” The employee who corrected the haircut, Sara, struggled significantly to fix it and stated that she could not understand what the original stylist was trying to do. The hair had been cut unevenly and inconsistently, both in the front and the back, with no clear technique or structure. I am fully aware of where I went and which business I reviewed. Rather than managing the situation professionally and taking responsibility, implying that the customer may have confused your shop with another business unfortunately demonstrates your overall approach to customer service and accountability. From the beginning, our expectation was very simple: empathy, responsibility, and professional communication.

These guys know what they’re doing. It doesn’t matter which of the three of them you get to cut your hair, you’re gonna leave happy. And I promise you you’ll never get your haircut anywhere else but here. I drive all the way down from the Woodlands just to get my haircut twice a month.

When I walked in first thing I noticed was the home like atmosphere and the esthetics & accesories In and around the shop very appealing to the eyes I liked it. I was greated by the who I believe is the owner from how he carried himself and greeted me when I walked in. I made the apt paid 10 for as deposit didn't know who outa Dan and another name forget it but who to pick. Picked Dan who's name was on top of the list out of the 2. He came round from the back to his chair I said hello or what's up sorta thing I feel as if he didn't say anything just making eye contact as I walked from the fr9nt door area he might have head nodded but ion even think he did. Lowkey either didn't seem happy to have me to cut or as if he wasnt happy to be there. He had no expression kind of like a "stale" face look. Told him what i wanted which was a little off top maybe 2 inches and a tapper fade all around the sides, front to back left right etc. I walked in at 1:27 prolly sat down at like 1:29 he was finished by 1:46-1:47 ish out of the 30 apt slot i selected. Most of the time in the chair he was either drying my hair cuz it was slightly wet in the beginning from coming with just washed hair from then cutting the sides a little to then spraying my hair wet again to then cut it with scissors after spraying it. I'm not tripping or anything but the scissors snagged consistently with each time he was cutting a new spot/area after the 3 or 4th snip didn't hurt but wasn't comfortable. Also earlier as I sat down during his drying my slightly damp hair before starting i commented out load attempting to get a repsonze/feedback if its better for clients to come with freshly washed hair or not washed which I verbally said twice because the first time he didn't say anything but neither did he say anything the second time so the other guy (owner) spoke out load so I could hear said we can make it work either way which was a good answer BTW. I often go to deep into details but in a nut shell paid for a 30 min apt, depositing 10 to reserve spot 25 for the service and i tipped 5 even tho i highkey didn't like the result totaling $40 for a 17 minute haircut again sat down at 1:29 out of chair 1:46 - 1:47 sitting in my car at 1:50 after walking out. Benefit of the doubt maybe I didnt express or explain what I wanted well enough but I don't think he did a taper fade on the sides of my head at alllll said i wanted a 1 on the sides taper faded and 2 inch or so off top as I hair spray my hair to the side back ish not styling it to the side but side/back of my head. Takes alot for me to go get haircuts cuz bad haircuts are so difficult to deal with as it often is looking the way it is after a cur for 2 or 3-4 weeks before changing due to hair growing back. Not sure I'd go back i could give feedback on a few others things about the experience but not trying to write a book.
