Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed, I do not recommend this barber shop to anyone. If the barbershop operates by appointment only they should state that at the door or entrance. Second visit to this place trying to get a haircut and still no barbers available when clearly no costumers in the chairs or waiting in line and they still refuse to give service. People smoking at the entrance and when asked about any openings or barber available they all answer same way “I have a customer coming” no giving option to comeback or schedule appointment. To the owner, I recommend open a bar or lounge for better business. Clearly stated that I don’t mind the waiting time but still no answer to when I can be attended. This place is couple of minutes driving from my house it's just the convenience to have a barber shop close by. To all, take your business somewhere else where race, profile or social status or whatever they used to let you sit and get service is not an issue.

Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment, arrived 5 mins early, and was pawned off to a Spanish-only speaking barber whom did not understand any of my instructions and had to rely on his coworker for translation. It felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional because my barber didn’t know what I was saying and the translator, his coworker, appeared to be upset and bothered having to translate, and he wouldn’t fully relay my instructions. On top of that, my barber felt it was acceptable to take two different phone calls and get distracted at the expense of my appearance/hairstyle. What was supposed to be a 30 minute session turned out to be almost an hour.
