Experiencia negativa: Too expensive, they charged $35 for a child's haircut. My son's hair was already very short because I had used clippers, so it only needed a trim. It took less than 7 minutes, and they charged $35, the price of a full haircut.

Experiencia negativa: Went in to get a haircut a week or two ago and explicitly said “Hey, I have a really difficult cowlick and it likes to stick up.” Response was “ohh no problem, I’ve got like 6 cowlicks this is easy.” *snip snip SNIP* “oh hey man, you should get this powder product to hold your hair, I’m also gonna use a ton of hair spray.” Guess who has two thumbs and looks like Alfalfa now. This guy. Price is reasonable, confidence is wayyy too high, don’t think I’ll be back.

I usually go to the location in Roswell but because I was off today I decided to go to the location closest to where I’d be — I regret that. They are unprofessional, rude, nonchalant. It’s unfortunate that I have had such different experiences with the same brand. I made an appointment with Cesar for 130. He confirmed. I text at 128 I had arrived and I asked if he was ready “no bro I have two people in front”. I was taken aback because I just made an appointment. What was the point of me doing that if you knew you had ppl and wouldn’t be finished by that time. I have other things to do than sit in. Barbershop hints why I made the appointment. Then when I walked in everyone just looked. No greeting. No hello. No may I help you? Just a room full of … unprofessionals to say the least. By the way I’m Dominican. I play dumb but understood everything.
