We will share once again here Drew - when the shop is fully booked out, it means our barbershop and barbers are doing such a great job, that our community and loyal clients sees our value and want to continue to support us.

While we do accommodate walk-ins when possible, there’s only so many appointments each day. Valentines is no exception and actually one of the business days of the year.

I would recommend another style shop that doesn’t suggest appointments and more accommodating to individuals that choose not to plan ahead, such as yourself.

To clarify things Hank… the price you originally paid ( $35.00 ) was part of a limited seasonal promotion we offered to new clients. Once that promotion ended, services returned to our regular pricing. Nothing was “raised or tripled” you just were lucky enough to pay our introductory discounted price on your earlier visit.

All our haircuts include a shampoo, hot steam towel service as well as several other options you mentioned, because they are part of our premium customer service. We do understand that a very small number of our clients prefer not to have every thing we offer and that’s their choice - but we do want every client to receive the same quality and consistency we are known around the country for.

We genuinely appreciate the feedback and would be happy to help find you a referral to another shop that is more aligned with your expectation for price. Simply reach out to us and we can help with that recommendation.
