Experiencia fantástica: We happened to stumble upon this place as its located on the same street as the bars we frequent at night. ATMOSPHERE: Look for the traditional barber pole that fronts the modern shop. The inside was clean, bright and comfortable. They have four barber chairs and a spacious waiting area to boot. SERVICES: Haircuts, beard trimming & dying, nose hair trimming, up charge for "intricate" designs. BARBER: We walked in without any reservations and my spouse luckily got in with Andy. Because my spouse is part African-American, he always has the concern on whether or not he'll receive a person able to work with that type of hair. Regardless of a language barrier between the two, Andy did an excellent job. Non-traditional sign language goes far, trust me, LOL! On top of the great haircut and brow trim was the price. $11 USD (2018). Come on now. You can't even get that price at a Supercuts!? TIP: There are two La Barberia locations, this one south of the river and another one north of it. OVERALL: Nice shop, talented barbers, awesome prices.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an excellent service at the barbershop, my Barber Manne did a great job. I was in P.V for two week but wanted a fresh haircut for my birthday. I decided to cut my hair the day before my birthday because I was going to be moving hotels away from el malecón but Manne did just a great job that you've thought I got a haircut the day of. My very good friend owns a couple barbershops so I know what to look for. This barbershop checked every box. I walked in there a couple time and every person that was cutting hair looked like they knew what they were doing. If you’re in P.V for vacation or a special day and want to look the best, stop by and have Manne take care of you. If I would be getting married or taking pictures or for any reason I would definitely stop by.

Experiencia negativa: La peor barbería ayer fui pedí un desvanecido alto en V invertido (de un lado desvanecido y del otro no … no me pregunto si arriba quería cortar algo, cuando le dije empezando de shaver hacia arriba 2 y dejó largo se v e muy comprimido (cuando no pedí un desvanecido comprimido ) y de arriba solo conectó con tijera no quito exceso ni paso un 2 o 3 de barbero a barbero que triste que ese sea su mejor trabajo Mua y quería un diseño …. Con lo que vi me bastó para no dejarle en sus manos ningún diseño de greca o ceja

They have about 6 SSID so wifi connection is definitely not a problem. With 5 chairs but 3 barbers - you wait could be anywhere between 15-20mins. Cost $150 plus tip - $180-200 mxp. They certainly cater to all types of hair - black, white and in between. I will talk on cleanliness of clippers later.

Barbershop service had professionalism, great music, clean area, and the awesome barbers. I would definitely love to come back to get all my haircuts here and to recommend others to this place. The bad reviews doesn’t reflect them because of ladies wanting to come to a barbershop…it’s a barbershop, not a hair salon. People don’t understand the difference and they give them bad reviews for no reason because of their ignorance.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best haircuts I've ever had! Modern upscale barbershop but laid back vibe. Very professional - they take their work seriously with great attention to detail. Clean. Air-conditioned. They speak some English and were patient with my Spanish. A bargain by US standards - 180 pesos and a 40 peso tip for haircut and style. The same level of service and quality would easily be $20+ and I've seen similarly styled shops charging $35. Highly recommended.

The guy with bold head don't remember his name did an amazing hair cut and bear trim which I didn't get anything like this in Los Angeles. Very nice service. Manny, my barber did an excellent job, was very friendly and good conversation in English, which was a plus. Had a chance to meet the owner, great guy and he, his business is a reflection of his beliefs of the right way to do things. I Don't give five stars much, but Definitely recommend and will be my permanent barber now.

Some places over do it, here just what you ask for you get, could add a cold towel at the end (something I like). But a great shave, not in the chair for an hour to get a shave not rushed just efficient everything clean and comfortable. But did he ever do an amazing job. All are eager to please and are genuine in their attention to detail and making sure you are happy with their work. This is my second haircut here and two if our friends only get theirs done here as well. Big shout out to the amazing Manne and the shy but oh so cute Criss. Mucho gracias Amigos. Much gusto. They are now our go to place for our hair.
